Broke tile on floor by dropping tools, left hand prints on painted cabinets which have to be repainted, pipe leaked after they completed work.

Expensive. We spent $1000 to fix 1 leaking shower. $1000 to replace the guts of the faucet seems a bit high. Plus they scheduled to come out one day but they never has us on their calendar

Yanez explained my options clearly and replaced my rusted copper pipe that was close to messing up my water heater. Saved me from having to replace the entire thing. They were fast and super efficient all while explaining what was going on every step of the way.

OMG! They are a life saver! My basement was flooding around 6 in the morning and they came 20 minutes early and change the pipe that was broken and fixed the issue in about 5 minutes or less these people are the greatest! They came quick and it was a huge emergency. I believe the guy name is Jonis he is amazing!

I've used this company on 3 different occasions. Each time I called, the receptionist was always pleasant. There was an employee at my house within 90 minutes. Each time, the problem was fixed within a matter of a couple hours. It was a relief to have the problems fixed promptly and done adequately. I fully intend to use this company any time I have a plumbing issue.

I discovered a leak in the piping in my basement. Not only did Yanez and Joshua replace the piping, Yanez was able to point out other damaged areas, and replaced those leaking pipes as well. Potentially saving me from a future flood. All of the damaged piping was replaced and rerouted in a more efficient manner- making it easier to access in the future. He was extremely knowledge and explained to me everything he was doing, as well as recommendations and advice to get the longest life out of the pipes. Yanez and Joshua were both very professional and clean throughout the entire job. 10/10, I would definitely recommend this company. I will be using them for all future plumbing purposes.

This is the best plumbing company out there. I called them to fix a burst pipe in my house in December and responded within an hour. While looking for the root of the problem, they noticed an exposed fire suppression (sprinkler) line in my attic. They said to call when I would like them to return to insulate the line. I called yesterday, they came today and said no charge. They said it was part of the original service. All I can say is free is great and their service was excellent.

Yanez was/is a true professional. He came in our home late in the evening (2:00 am). Took care of our problem and informed us of something’s we may need to do in order for us to not have to encounter our previous issue again. I was looking for a contractor to repair my garbage disposal a day before Thanksgiving and took a chance with DYZ. Best decision I could have made. Quick response, high quality service at a very fair price. Now that i found DYZ they will be the contractor for me.

We called on the Sunday before Memorial Day when we noticed our sump was running continuously and there was hot water spraying in from somewhere. The technician methodically addressed the issue and isolated the problem. He was professional, explained what was going on and how he was diagnosing the problem one step at a time. They were incredible and reasonably priced for an emergency visit on a holiday weekend. I can't recommend them enough.

Like all previous reviews I've read on this site, I was very pleased with the quality of the services provided by this plumbing company! I wanted to try someone other than those big name companies with those big prices to match, as well as someone local. Read reviews for DYZ and decided to give them a try. They were available almost immediately, and showed up at my door within 15 minutes of my cal. When Janus arrived, I apprised him of my problem and he went right to work. He also took the time to explain in great detail what he thought the problem was, his approach, estimated cost, etc. It was a difficult blockage in our lower lever, and the access point in the utility room was covered by floor tiles, but Janus never gave up; pulled out his high tech electronic detector and started detecting. Needless to say, Janus is very good at what he does and found the access point and started the next phase. He assured me that he located the blockage and would use a jet water system to attempt to clear it. Because of the various "Y" connectors involved, it would be tricky to access the blockage from the clear out pipe in the front yard, be he was very persistent and never gave up, even when I thought it may not work. I then suggested perhaps he could consult with his on-staff "Master Plumber" for ideas. I felt quite foolish when he said "I am the Master Plumber!" So then, I realized that he really does know what he's doing. Needless to say, he was able to successfully correct the problem and never displayed any impatience, anger or frustration throughout the entire ordeal. He spent 6-7 hours at my home, and never complained once. He also arranged to return a couple of days later to install a water back-flow valve that will prevent sewage from backing up inside our basement. All in all, I am very please with the quality of their work, their professionalism and work ethic! I would not hesitate to refer them to others and use them for future work!

They replaced my broke garbage disposal and all the terrible plumbing under the sink that the previous owners jerry rigged themselves. The price seemed steep initially (fixed rate instead of hourly), but based on the quality of work and the plumber staying longer to make sure everything worked properly, I can't recommend this company enough.

I suddenly needed an emergency hot water heater replacement Friday night at 12:30 AM. After calling quite a few places they were by far the most thorough, friendly, and informative in inquiring about my problem and how they could help me. The techs showed up on Saturday morning an hour early (that's good!) and did a very professional job. I highly recommend them. Thanks guys!!

Thank the stars above that I found DYZ Plumbing! After one plumber told me I had to replace the line going to the sewer because of roots, I called DYZ for a second opinion. Yes, I could replace the line or I could let them clean out the roots for 1/5 of the price. The plumber was very honest that this could fix the problem for months or even years but there was no guarantee. I decided to just clean the line. What a professional, honest, affordable business. Highly recommended.

Amazing and responsive team showed up on a Sunday afternoon to tackle a challenging issue. The dispatch office respectfully talked us through step by step as they recommended solutions and made us feel comfortable about our options. Dionicio was a superb master plumber and highly knowledgeable. Had heavy equipment on the truck so no need for delays or extra visits to schedule. Price was reasonable and didn't feel cheated. Would highly recommend them!

I was beyond impressed with this company! I called them at 6:40 am and they had someone at my house by 9! Janus was very courteous and professional and made sure that I understood everything he was doing. He even stayed behind while I ran the dishwasher to make sure the issue had been resolved. I will DEFINITELY recommended this company to anyone looking for a good local company and if the need ever arises, will definitely make this my one and only company!

Was able to get someone out within 24 hours to fix a non emergency issue with our drains. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me informed every step of the way and made clear anything they thought might be an issue. The work was completed in a reasonable time frame and they cleaned up after themselves. They also were really nice to my cats and were always considerate when going in and out of the house to make sure they didn't escape or get smushed. The cost was reasonable for the area around ($600) I mean plumbing issues are always going to be expensive but for the money we paid they made sure as much as possible the issue would not easily or soon reoccur. They used a fancy hydro pressure machine rather than a snake which reached deeper and cleaned more thoroughly than any drain snake could reach.

The experience that I had with DYZ Plumbing is something I can't put words to. I had a complete sewage line collapse in freezing weather and the DYZ team spent hours in the cold finding the problem. I ended up having to have a full sewage line replacement to the house, which they did through so many road blocks. I've heard horror stories of plumbers and their experiences, this experience felt like a family member was helping me. The pricing was amazing, DYZ employees amazing, and the work flawless. I have never written a review before and this might be my last. They earned every bit of 5 stars and I wish I could give them more. I cannot recommend them enough for the amazing work they do.
