They performed a complex multi-prong job in my property, soon after I bought it.

The job involved installation of four new toilets, performing complex maintenance on a full-body shower, installing a water filter in the kitchen, and replacing two faucets in the kitchen. They also fixed a small issue with one of the tankless water heaters, which they stumbled upon accidentally. This was gratis.

The job was performed timely, in the two days as they promised. Highly professional crew. The final charge was as estimated up-front.

This is my second attempt to try to review David Hicks plumbing. Ian and his assistant were awesome! I highly recommend this company. I’ve had some bad experiences with plumbers and this is not an area that you can afford mistakes. This a very trustworthy group.

Ian and Jacob were fantastic. Prompt, professional and did an amazing job replumbing a bathtub and 2 showers. We had an issue with the tub rocking a little after install, so I texted Ian. They came back out the next day and refit the tub, had us check it before they caulked it in. Very professional, great guys. We are very happy with the job they did.

We called and got an appointment within 1 hour which is very impressive! Ian and Eric were very friendly and very professional. They installed our dishwasher and I would highly recommended this company!! We have used them for over 19 years and they still treat their customers with kindness and give great quality work!!!

A bunch of scammers. I called them to fix ONE leaking toilet and told them clearly not to do a thing until I knew what and how much. They not only did NOT follow instructions but proceeded to tell my tenant another toilet needed a handle! It was brand new and slow flush to save water! They did not bother to call or message me. They took $250 from my tenant! They were told do not take payment from the tenant or do any work without my approval. Not only did they scam my tenant saying a NEW toilet needed something it did not but refused to answer my calls and messages about it!! No invoice, no quote as asked nothing! My tenant us from another country and doesn't know about scammers here. Do NOT use this company. They are thieves!! Any good reviews are fake. This company are a bunch if liars, thieves and do not know what they are doing. They don't follow instructions and take advantage of people

We've been using David Hicks Plumbing for roughly the past five years. They've always done excellent work at a reasonable price. They're not the biggest company, so it can occasionally be hard to get them out on a moment's notice -- but they'll do their best to get you on the day's schedule in an emergency. We've used them for leaking pipes in the attic (which was today's service), garbage disposal installations, new sink faucets, outdoor faucets, and more. We've always been satisfied. Many of our previous service calls were handled by Niles (he's great). Today, we had Ian and Eric. They did a great job and were as friendly and knowledgeable as can be.

Edward was very thorough and resolved our problem quickly, efficiently and honestly.

We were having an issue with the 40 year old valve on the water main into the house. I called my usual guy, and he didn't return two phone calls or respond to a text. A friend of mine then recommended David Hicks. They answered the phone, and promptly sent a guy out to diagnose the problem. Ian was knowledgeable and super friendly. He took his time, carefully and fully explained all the options, and came back the next day to install a new valve. He did excellent work, insulated the pipe, and cleaned up the work site.

The guy that used to do my work will not get the next call. David Hicks Plumbing will get the work.

Over charges by a significant amount. When I had them come out for a quote on clearing an outdoor drain they told me the only way to clear was the most invasive and expensive method.

I had another plumber come out who cleared the blockage the next day at 1/5 their quoted cost.

Quick, professional friendly plumber came and helped with a leaking water heater gas line. He was a lifesaver. Literally! Very pleased with David Hicks Plumbing.

Here to sing the praises of Joe & Eric at David Hicks Plumbing today!! There were several tiny plumbing issues that I thought would take them a couple hours to repair but they got it all fixed much faster! Sure saved me missing extra work over my lunch hour and is much appreciated. They were both very knowledgeable and professional technicians. Super nice guys too. As far as I'm concerned they are the A-Team to go to!! I highly recommend them!

Im not sure if my technician was wildly mistaken or tried to actively scam me, but I will never use this company regardless. I had 3 leaky faucets, got quoted $1200 to completely replace all 3. A second opinion said I just needed new cartridges, so $60 and 3-4 hours later they’re good. Thanks for the quote though. Also got quoted $4895 for a water heater filtration system when I called to check on my sediment smelling water. A second opinion showed that I had 17+ year old water heaters in need of replacing, which cost me $3600. If I trusted my technician I would’ve slapped a brand new filter onto 17+ year old heater, which I was told were nearing failure by the other opinion. They at least got a $50 estimate fee out of me, but I cannot recommend to anyone.
