Alfonso and Jonah took care of a pesky blocked hot water line in my kitchen today. Alfonso diagnosed the problem and also checked the hot water heater and outside lines. It was a pleasure to watch a master plumber at work. I trust David Hicks Plumbing to always provide a high level of work!

Ian helped me & my partners in the installation of a sump pump at an industrial warehouse. He did a great job & went over and beyond describing mechanics of installation & how it works. Not only does Ian provide excellent commercial plumbing but he also is our go to guy for plumbing needs at our home.

Our new plumber! We had a leak under our toilet which caused wood rot in the boards (charming old house but wish we had tile!!) The job required multiple visits and a lot of coordination between them and the floor guy they recommended (Marcus did a stellar job too, it was tough matching the planks, so thanks!) The whole process was so seamless! Easily could’ve taken a month for resolution but only took them a week! Everyone did a spectacular job for an honest/reasonable quote (my brother does this work in the state of SC and his second opinion was that these guys were great!) The flange Steven recommended was a big upgrade too so I feel confident that we won’t be dealing with this problem again. Steven was super courteous and even went the extra mile on something unrelated that I asked for his expertise on. Really appreciated that — my dog loves him too!

I had a drip at the pool back flow that two other plumbers disregarded as normal. I believed them until it became a very steady leak. Ian came out and took it apart, cleaned out build up and it seems to be back to normal with no leak at this time.

Dave Hicks Plumbing is a quality company. Ian installed an under counter water filtration system quickly, efficiently, and with expertise. He also fixed our slow running toilet. Highly recommend!!

David Hicks came to our rescue when the sink in our office suite started overflowing. They found and removed the clog and repaired the pipe. We had a great experience and plan to call them the next time we have plumbing issues.

I have had 2 recent negative experiences with David Hicks. I had a misdiagnosis of a shower drainage problem. They rotor rooted. The shower still didn’t drain and I was still charged over $400. Then I called another company the same day and they said the problem was in the line in the wall. They went to far greater effort and charged less than David Hicks. I must say David Hicks did return my money. So I decided to give them a second chance on another commode that needed its inner parts replaced. But the commode had a running problem that was not fixed. Again, I called another plumber who said David Hicks left the old flap. So I paid $400 for new insides for an old potty, then bought a new potty. Ian is the only good plumber I have experienced with David Hicks. Beware.

Ian and Jacob we very helpful. Keeping us updated for our water heater annual assessment was so helpful & they even helped trouble shoot other issues & give advice for future projects. Very impressed with their service & happy to support local businesses.

Yall I can’t even begin to explain how much I love this company. I had Ian and Eddy over to see why my bathtub drain was not draining that fast. Ian fixed it WITH A COATHANGER! I was so impressed and while he was at it did so much more! He helped fix my shower pressure In both bathrooms, and when he asked me if there was anything else I mentioned a weird noise from my sink boom fixed! He went above and beyond! 10/10 service

Needed a new water heater and some old galvanized pipe to the unit replaced. They came out the same day I called to review the job and provide a quote. The job was scheduled quickly and completed within the time they estimated.. They did a great job and I can’t be more pleased with the work and crew they sent out. Totally 100% professional crew and they made sure the area was clean after and that we were satisfied with the work.

I advise all companies within the United States against signing any contracts with this company. I urge all companies to review their accounts—you will understand exactly what I mean. Furthermore, I request that you instruct all employees within your organizations to verify their bank accounts and to cease all dealings with this company.
