I know nothing about plumbing, yet Jordy explained everything clearly, including how he diagnosed the problems and how he would fix them. It was very clear, efficient, and he put me at ease. He was also transparent with the cost, which I very much appreciated. He also followed up the next day to ensure everything was working properly. I have now hired them for other work in my house, and I am very happy with it. I could not recommend them more!!
