Kintex plumbing was efficient and professional with their service. The referral came through my home warranty insurance. I was pleased with their work and I would call them for future service.

Kintex plumbing replaced the garage disposal and did a great job!

They had ample opportunity to fix a problem they created but refused citing they didn't cause it. The problem didn't exist before. It started after they unclogged a toilet line. They should have just repaired the issue but wanted to charge over $100 to replace a $20 part. Yea, I'm not happy with them. 3 stars is generous.

My home warranty company assigned a hot water heater claim to Kintex and I should have researched them to level set my expectations.

They get an extra star for being quick while on-site but this was one the most frustrating and unprofessional service experiences I've had in years - poor communication, poor planning, poor behavior on-site.

Kintex will be the reason I research who my warranty claims are assigned in the future.

Centerpoint came to replace the gas meter, messed up the water heater and didn't want to pay to fix it, so we had Kintex come out and they were able fix what centerpoint refused to do. They were awesome, the tech was friendly and informative!

The guy was pleasant and very easy to talk to. I had been hearing a knocking noises in my water heater.. He explained everything to me. He also pointed out different parts on my water heater. When he left, I was very informed. I will give the technician a 9.

The Kintex technician (he told me his name, but I forgot what it is), was extremely efficient solving our plumbing issue. He was professional, texted me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way, and showed up during the promised window. Couldn't ask for more than that!

Kintex were assigned to sort out my broken water heater by the home warranty company. They were easy to work with, communicated well, turned up at the appointed times, replaced and installed a new water heater with minimal disruption. Brandon was respectful , knowledgeable and happily answered questions . Would use again

Awesome service!! Lonnie the technician was very professional knowledgeable and a master in his profession. He literally knew the issues resolved them in no time. I was very pleased with Kinney trust me!! Woukd definitely recommend.

Kintex Technician came to work on an already approved work from Choice warranty - used snake tool unsuccessfully to unclog for 10-15 minutes without luck!

Appeared very frustrated about his incompetence as he got only a tiny piece of tissue from the end of the snake - incompetent and inexperienced - doesn't have the ‘know how and teh skills for the job- actually looked very well dressed as if he was going out for a dinner, not plumbing work.

Then started EVANGELISING ON NEGLIGENCE to us and voided the warranty and left: NO WORK WAS DONE, leaving it BLOCKED as he found it, leaving us SAD and UNHAPPY

Our home warranty company appointed this company in the claim. The toilet sink and tub in one of our bathrooms were not draining properly, kintex did in fact resolve those issues for us BUT the house keeping and cleanliness could have been better. ie; verifying the stuff under sink was removed before blasting it with their tools to unclog sink. Half of a package of toilet paper had to be thrown away and some sanitary cleaning had to be done after the job was complete. ( didn’t notice this stuff until after Plumber left) but overall happy that the restroom works as it should.

It was a very smooth process from the appointment application process till the job was done. Super happy with our plumber. He was fast. He had the items in the car and everything costed 75$ including the material. (We are under a home warranty program)

The repair technician explained that there was nothing they could do to fix my toilet. They stated that the Glacier Bay Dual Bowl system was functioning as designed. They were unable to adjust the water pressure to improve the flush and could not correct the issue of the water not returning to the proper level. Their recommendation was to replace the toilet at a cost of $650.

However, based on the very low water level and the weak flush, it doesn’t seem like this is how the system was originally intended to operate. The picture below is the water level after two flushes. .Ugh!!!

I was very disappointed. A wasted $75.00 for the service call.

Came On time, Very professional, correct diagnosis n fix issue very very quick. … my plumbing issue was more than 10 years n nobody tell us about where is leaking issue.. n they came n fix in few minutes.. n 10 years old issue gone not even 10 minutes.. highly recommend..

This company tried to over charge and charge me for parts that didn't need to be exchanged out. They come off all sweet but will attack your pocket book. The guy answering the phones, middle eastern accent, is a joke and shouldn't be answering calls. That should have been my first sign this company you should pass on. I got the job done for a fraction of the cost. They wanted to charge me $1,200.00 out of pocket on top of my deducible from my home warranty company. So you know they tried to charge them as well. A water heater at The Home Depot only cost my $600. I paid to have it installed for $250. $850 out of pocket for the complete job.

Reply... In not slandering but telling the truth. Feel free to pull the tapes. When i asked for a Supervisor, I was told there was not one available to talk to because he/she was not there. I tried working it with your office, the lady that takes the calls there has better customer services. You can't be mad at me for the service I experienced at the hands of one of your employees. Any FYI... I have the highest plan that is offered.

This is the second visit for repair. This time we have Lonnie diagnosing and fixing the problem. Very very professional. He did a great job in very short time. I would like to thank LONNIE for his great job. Thanks 🙏😊

The technician arrived on time and had the tools needed for the job. Completed the job of cleaning a drain in the air conditioning system. The only problem is that he hardly spoke any English. Fortunately, he could understand English, so there was not much of a problem.
I recommend Kintex Plumbing with 5 stars.

Very professional team. They expedited my work order since I had a hot water heater issue. The dispatch team was very good and customer service driven. The installers were excellent and made sure everything was hooked up properly.

I feel he didn't try to fix the problem Some excuse that he needed a bigger machine and that it had a break in the pipe.He would put in the claim but it would take 48 for response and I was gonna have to paid more..My bedroom was flooded with nasty toilet water and poop and I had to have the rug pull out and everything was destroyed! they did not care! I call a different plumber and they fix it right away and said there was no breakage.This was a insurance on my TXU Plan whose sent this company, not sure how long I had it.I would not recommend them to no one.I think they deserve no star!
