I called this company at 9:30 pm due to a blockage in the bathtub. The guy arrived after 20 minutes, solved the problem quickly and charged a fair price. I recommend them. I will use your services in the future.

I have used their services twice in the last 6 months. First time was to fix the outside faucet in the front and back side, as water was leaking through the space where the hose is connected to the faucet, something I could fix myself too but the It was so tight and jammed up that I did want to take the risk of breaking the Faucet mouth and second was for a different issue where our guest bath sink was backing up with clean water due to AC drain getting clogged. Both times the Technician came same day within a few hours. He did an amazing job to help me with hose and the Connector and on the second issue, he cleared out the A/c drain first with the vaccum the first day and the water just drained out immediately. So it seem like it resolved the issue. But within a few hours, water started backing up again, so I sent the picture to the Technician. He came back up the very next day and used the deeper clogging equipment which 25 feet long and ran it through top of the drain, multiple times and that resolved the issue for good. Since our AC drain line is connected to this bath sink plumbing and U joint of this plumbing is glued in not screwed in, the Technician explained to me that he is going to use the less invasive method first then try the Clogger and if need be he would need to cut the plumbing lines underneath the sink to resolve. He was not trying to cut corners.

The first issue was quick and easy, but the second issue was tricky. He was professional, charged me reasonable, punctual to arrive and reliable. It has been 15 days today since the sink clog was removed and the water has not backed up despite heat picking up outside and tge AC running at much lower temp daily to keep our house cool. Job very well done.
