But Kintex came out, conducted a detailed inspection, and determined that there was no leak. It has been over a week since, and everything still looks good. We had A very good experience with the employee of Qin tax very polite very explanatory and very neat. He was a pleasure to work with.

Kintex was assigned by my home warranty company to come out and fix a plumbing issue. My walls were saturated, and my light fixture and mirror fell to the floor. A technician came out twice and told me that it was the AC pan. He cleaned out the drains and said that the problem was fixed. (Again, I remind you that twice he did the same thing) However, after hiring a team to come and remove the wet wall and do mold treatment, it was revealed that there is actually a leak in the pipe. After calling Kintex for the third time to have them to come out and fix the pipe, Dora, the manager, told me that I needed to wait in line behind their other customers, and that they wouldn’t be able to come to fix the problem for five more days. After explaining to her that I was $15,000 in water damage already and the problem needed to be fixed immediately, she said she had to treat me like a new client and I had to wait in line like everyone else. I asked for her superior and she told me she didn’t have one. I asked to own the company and she said she didn’t know. What she could tell me was that because I signed off on the work being done, the same work that the professional technician advised me needed to be done, that that was the acknowledgment that the problem was fixed. I explained to her that there was no possible way for me to be able to assess a problem that I have no experience or knowledge in. So basically, if you choose to deal with this company, do not sign off on anything. There’s no guarantee that the work has been done and especially no guarantee that it was done properly! Run as fast as you can or you may have major water damage in your entire home just like I do!

Technician was efficient, explained everything he was doing at each step and got the job done quickly. Great manners and sense of humor!

This plumbing company sent a technician to my house and claimed to have taken pictures of the wax ring and flange of my toilet without ever lifting said toilet. I had instructed my home warranty company to check with their warranty experts because this company clearly cannot be trusted. Please report them to the BBB.

The plumber came, i think his name is Brandon? Anyways he not only fixed our blocked sink situation he also recommended a product he uses himself called Earthworm to be proactive in this situation to help with the crazy hard water we have here in April Sound, Lake Conroe ... its known for really bad hard water.
Anyways very helpful and a really nice happy guy. We will request him in the future for sure 😊

The technician very quickly troubleshot the issue, tried to unclog it with two tools and the 2nd was successful in removing the clog. He was very courteous and respectful of our home as well.

Everytime they come out here, they’re always helpful and getting the job done fast. Lonnie was especially helpful today.

Charged me $100 to come out to access leaking toilet issue then never heard from them again. It was part of a warrenty service but a follow-up phone call was in order AND they missed the opportunity of me hiring them for the job since I was informed by my warrenty company that the fix was not covered. I have hired other companies after the warrenty service was declined. They could have then applied the $100 towards me hiring them separately. Total rip off.

They were part of my choice, home warranty group that came in. Looked at my disposal understood that it was bad and needed to be replaced. Took a couple pictures got approval within 10 minutes and replaced it with a brand new disposal. They were great.

Brandon from kintex plumbing did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. He was friendly, prompt and efficient. Will use again if needed. They were sent by home warranty company.
