Had issues with my garbage disposal it was replaced with no problems. Service was professional, friendly and quick. They came out and address my issue within 24-hrs of me making contact with them. I would recommend using them.

Very DISAPPOINTED. My kitchen sink was reclogged the next evening. I had no way to reach kintex. And the initial call should have been for 2 issues. The technician seemed to be aware of it but Kintex knew nothing about it. Please call me on Monday the 29th. Leave a message if I am unable to answer that call.

We called Kintex Plumbing because our shower faucet wasn’t working. The technician arrived on the date we agreed, and at the time agreed. They were personable, thorough and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed that we required a new part, had the replacement on his truck, shut off our main water supply so he could work the issue, quickly rectified the problem, turned the main water back on and ensured all was working again. All in all and excellent job!

They came to my house because my home warranty called them out to find out why my water heater was not pushing out hot water. The plumber was here for 15-20 min and said we needed to descale the tankless and then it would work. Well we descaled still doesn’t work. Pissed away $100 to call warranty to have someone else come out!

Jeffery, the tech, was very knowledgeable about my plumbing issues. He explained in detail my concerns and offered information that would further settle the issues that I was having. He showed me that he genuinely cared, not brushing me off to get to his next call, but he spent more time with me to ensure I fully understood everything. He is an asset to this company.

I had what turned out to be a minor plumbing issue, although I didn't know it when I contacted Kintex. Ranceis was able to fix the problem pretty quickly. He was professional, courteous and
so very pleasant to deal with. I was very pleased with the service.

Kintex Plumbing provided excellent service. The technician who came out to service my garbage disposal was great. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He resolved the issue with the garbage disposal and fixed it fairly quickly. I will call again if any plumbing issues arise in the future.

Technician came at the end of the day and his appearance was dirty. However, he was very professional and respectful of my home. He quickly identified the problem and did a partial repair bc a part needed to be ordered. Upon the 2nd visit the job was completed in a most satisfactory manner.

The plumbing services provided by.Kintex Plumbing LLC was very impressive. They sent the plumber to assess plumbing issues order supplies for repairs which l received from Kohler within 3 days.
The plumber returned completed the repair of the kitchen faucet, the bathtub/shower faucet and a leak in the second bath under the sink.
He repaired everything in less than an hour. Excellent and Timely Service.....

First time using this company. Technician showed on time to the appointment and replaced the garbage disposal in 20 min. So far, it's working very good. I highly recommend them as they were very professional.

Horrible customer service. Made appointment for 10 AM. Company called at 10:09 and said technician was on his way. At 11:09, technician had not shown up and when I called, I was told he was 15 minutes away. Manager/owner was not willing to talk to me as the customer to resolve this issue. Would not recommend this company at all, horrible customer service

They were sent by my landlord Progress Residential and I think they would be good if you hire them outright. They did very little to help because they were sent by them. Again, I would hire them personally but they are horrible service for the landlord
