These guys came. Evaluated the situation and left to buy supplies. Waited all day for them to return. They never did. Excuse was that their credit card got declined and they could not get necessary supplies. If they would have just called to let us know, we could have hired another company.

I rent my home thru a rental company and I was having bad leaking problems. I notified the rental company and they didn't respond until 2 days later but didn't fix the problem. So I had to put in for the same problem again then later that day I received a call from the dispatch of JC Plumbing and they said they were notified of a work order but the rental company to approve it. I explained to the dispatch this problem has been reported before but never properly fixed and there was water everywhere. From that point JC Plumbing was a tremendous help by pushing the approval for the job, came out the next morning fixing the actual leak, came the next day dried all the carpet that was soaked, then the next day drywall the hole made to fix the leaking pipe and then the next day physically inspect to ensure everything was done correctly.

This company is great, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Made appt to have them come for a blocked toliet. Although I called the female operater twice they never showed up. Had they told me they were not going to show up I could have called another plumber. My wife is handicaped and needs to use wheel chair to go to another house for toliet use. They caused us great trouble. DONT USE THEM IF YOU NEED SOMEONE YOU CAN TRUST TO SHOW UP. VERY UNREALIABLE.

They came out and did a drain line test for leaks and I've been waiting 3 weeks on the report I was supposed to get directly after the test. I'm a real estate investor and their work has been good in the past), but I recommend staying far away from this company if you want your work completed in a timely manner.
I have been more than patient, but can no longer endure the loss of time and money waiting on a report that they won't even tell me is ever coming or not. My advise is buyer beware. from 10 days ago, I have 14 texts for an update with no response.

If I could give this company 0 stars, it would still be too many. They were called to come out to fix a water issue and spect the entire tune just hanging out, not getting the work done. When asked to get started on the work, they refused and couldn't give an adequate explanation for why they weren't working to fix the problem. It didn't matter one bit to the 3 workers that no one had running water while they just hung out, laughing, and cracking jokes. To call them unprofessional would be a massive understatement.

This company did new construction install for me and it was the worst experience you could imagine. It took months for them to finish the job and would not answer calls and messages for weeks at a time. Every time I talked to them I got the old “we’ll be there tomorrow” and they would never show. They broke an existing water line while they were installing some other lines and it took them 3 months to come back and repair it all the while arguing with me that they didn’t break the water line. When they finally showed up and saw what it was, they immediately apologized and admitted to breaking it during the install and repaired it… 3 months later! Furthermore, they installed a grinder pump for my sewage and when we tried to use it for the first time, it wouldn’t work. Of course the owner ignored me when I tried calling and texting him about coming to troubleshoot it and repair it. Don’t make the same mistakes I did, Save your time and money and go hire someone that isn’t going to screw your eyes out. This photo is how they tried to leave my grinder pump as “completed” it took 3 months to come back and still didn’t do it properly.

i hired Hayden & Sons Plumbers for my bathroom renovation because i didn't want to deal with the big plumbing and sewage work myself. after calling a few places, they gave me the best quote and their service was amazing. colin, who was leading the team, was really responsive and honest, and made sure the crew was doing their best. he even came by in the middle of the job to check on things. when it was time to install the bathtub, jalen and philip got it done quickly and made sure to pay attention to the small stuff, like not using purple pvc primer near the tub so it wouldn't get stained. my little daughter chatted with them while they worked, and they were super polite and took the time to listen to her stories. this is a great company and i highly recommend them for any plumbing work. i'll definitely call them again next time i need help.

i’m a bit late in sharing my thoughts, but eric did a fantastic job identifying the issue with our plumbing, with some assistance from his supervisor. our plumbing system is now functioning perfectly. i really appreciate eric's efforts. recently, keith came by to inspect our water pipes to check for any leaks. everything was in great shape! i’m giving him 5 stars for providing a thorough check and for ensuring my mother and i felt reassured that everything was working properly. philip also came to make adjustments to ensure everything was up to code for our sale. even though he received a different work order, he reached out to his supervisor, and they quickly sorted it out. philip was professional, considerate, and truly understood how important this was for us, and it was all covered under warranty. my mother and i are very thankful. 5 stars for philip’s excellent service!

As Bentley worked, he found even more leaks, including several inside the walls. Even though it was a tough job, Bentley stayed calm and professional, explaining everything to me as he worked since I wanted to understand the process. The price was also much lower than what other plumbing companies quoted me. I highly recommend their plumbing services. 10/10.

This was my first time using Hayden & Sons Plumbers, and i'm really glad i chose them. I called while at work and actually got to speak with a real person right away, which was a nice surprise. My plumbing issue wasn’t urgent, so i didn’t expect anyone to come out the same day, but they were able to fit me in. I told keith i needed someone to come after 1pm since i had a meeting, and he was super accommodating, giving me a 2:30 to 3pm window. At 2:32, colin called to let me know he was about 15 minutes away. He arrived on time, quickly figured out the problem, and replaced the broken part in about 30 minutes. The service fee was very fair. With the hot Houston weather, it’s great to have reliable plumbers you can count on. i'll definitely call them again if i need plumbing help.

i've been calling these plumbers for over 20 years to help with my home. they always do an amazing job with anything i need. just yesterday, my water heater stopped working, so i gave them a call. philip showed up only about 30 minutes later, checked everything, and figured out that the heating element needed to be replaced. he went back to his truck, grabbed the part, and got it fixed right away. from the moment i called to having hot water again was less than an hour and a half. you really can’t beat that kind of fast service, especially in texas where you need hot water for showers after a long, hot day. they’ve also changed out old drain pipes for me before, and that work was top notch too. my whole family has trusted them for years, and i always recommend them to friends. they're truly great plumbers.
