Our old water heater gave out and flooded the garage on a Saturday afternoon. We called a local plumbing company that worked with a home improvement company. Their tech came out and estimated $2,400 for just labor. Every other company we called could not come out until Monday. My mother found Aaron's plumbing and Gilbert came out that Saturday evening. He surveyed the damage gave us a estimate for labor, water heater and pulling a city permit. The estimate was very reasonable and Gilbert had a tech out the next day. Gilbert a well as his technicians were very polite, and professional through the entire process. I highly recommend them if your are in need of plumbing services in the Houston, Tx area.

I actually started using Aaron's Plumbing about six years ago now. He's done many jobs over the years for all of the properties that I manage, including water leaks, faucet and toilet replacements, etc. For just about any general plumbing work inside and outside of the house that I've needed, his company has been there, on time and at a competitive price. I've also referred him to many people, as his work is that good.

We’re a Real Estate Management company located in Austin and have a rental property in Houston that we needed some plumbing work done for. We honestly called the first plumber on our list and it was Aaron’s plumbing. We needed an inspection done, so we spoke to Gilbert over the phone. He was really responsive, he gave me a quote right over the phone and made contact with the woman who is living in the rental. It was convenient how he took care of everything. They made sure the gas lines were good and fixed a couple of other plumbing issues. He got everything taken care of really quickly so we could get water turned on for our tenant.

Great to work with. Sandra, Gilbert and crew have done work for me since early 2,000 and I've never been unsatisfied.

I was looking for a plumber on Yelp and read some good reviews about Aaron’s Plumbing, so I decided to give them a try. I spoke to Gilbert on the phone and he gave me the initial quote then he sent some of his guys out. They’ve done two jobs for me so far on two homes that I own. They really respond, are professional, do what they say they’re going to do and they got out there so fast and got everything taken care of. The first job was a water leak coming from the sink in the kitchen. The second job was an AC repair job and another a plumbing inspection. I would definitely refer Gilbert and Aaron’s plumbing to anyone as he’s professional, and when he says he’s going to be there in thirty minutes, he’s there in thirty minutes. He responds quickly and has a professional crew. Also, he has the best pricing of anyone else.

They had to spend the entire weekend fixing our septic, but they got it done and didn't charge us any extra for the extra trips.

I started working with Gilbert at Aaron's Plumbing a few years ago because I found him through a referral from another landlord. I own a number of houses so he's done quite a bit of work for me over the years. He's cleaned out some main connections, has had to replace and install some pipes, as well as leaks in toilets and sinks...they've done it all. There really isn't any thing he cannot do which is why I've referred him to many others as well.

As a landlord, I called Gilbert from Aaron's Plumbing for a job and they came right out, fixed the problem right away and that was that. One of my renters had a clogged toilet and they went out there and snaked it and had it taken care of in 5 minutes. I honestly found Aaron's Plumbing on the internet through a search and after doing the job, thought their pricing was reasonable. I have only good things to say about them and would use them again.

I’ve been doing business with Gilbert from Aaron’s Plumbing for years now. I think it was originally an internet lookup to get some plumbing done and I liked that he could come out very quickly and that his prices were fair. One of the homes I own was having several problems so I had him come out a few times to fix things. One of the issues was a water heater which I had to order a new part for. They called me multiple times to see if I’d received the part yet and when they found out that I had it, they were out there within an hour to fix it. They are always on top of the issues, which makes me keep coming back to them. I would definitely recommend Aaron’s Plumbing as a reliable plumber with a fair price.

Had no choice but to hire these guys because of my insurance. But I’ll tell you what, hire them, you won’t go wrong.

In my time of need these guys were on the spot and got my situation handled! Having plumbing issues is the worst! These guys really helped me out! I recommend them if you are in need of their services!

If I could give negative stars I would. My mother in law hired Aaron's to repair the apartment she is leasing us. He arrived at 7:50am he was supposed to be there at 9am, the first thing he says is "Ive been calling you all morning" he had not. While there he left at 8:10 am He left my door open and my teacup chihuahua went missing. He didn't return till 10:30 told me how he had to "travel to many stores in the towns around Houston" I asked if he had seen my little dog. He said " no I didn't see your chihuahua" he claimed to have never seen her even when I let him in. She was at the door. She was barking at him
The funny thing is I live up stairs (not making any accusations) she is unable to get down the stairs. We do have security cameras. He left again and was gone for several hours. My mother in law asked him to wait for her she wanted to talk to him about the work. He had to leave as soon as I said she was coming. They quoted her a price that included work they didn't do. He left tools behind. Wrote the invoice had me sign it then added things. My husband came home and the man barely spoke to him, but talked to me about my dog and how he didn't see her, when was the last time I saw her. When my mother in law tried to speak with his boss he sent her a rude text telling her he doesn't always have time to answer text and to calm down. How unprofessional. This was a terrible experience. A headache for my mother in law to have to deal with. The work quality was sufficient the problem was fixed but at a cost. We lost our fur baby a part of my family. My children are devastated, all of us heart broken. Just don't let Pete fix anything. That's my advice.

I called Aaron's Plumbing after getting his phone number from a friend who used him a few times. I called and my first impression was that the guy was rude at the phone and he really made me feel I was disturbing him. He did not want me to send him the address and info by text, so he did not give me his phone number. I gave him my phone number, name, what was the problem by voice. We agreed on a time for him to come and check it out the next day.
Finally the guy did not show up at all and did not call me to tell me so before, or after to apologize.
I guess he did not need my work and made me loose my time.
Don't use this company, they're unprofessional.

Called and spoke to Gilbert and asked for an estimate for a clogged drain. He refused to provide an estimate and said he could tell me once they saw it. On my way home, Gilbert said his guy was on his way to my house. When I arrived home, the guy said he had been waiting for an hour an half. Then, after looking at the pipe that was clogged, he said Gilbert told him to charge me $225. I asked him, "Then why didn't he tell me that when I asked him for an estimate?" I reluctantly agreed and 15 minutes later, he said he was done. We tested it and the pipe was still clogged. He said he would have to cut the pipe, but that it would cost more. I said to forget it. He was already charging me $225 for 15 minutes of work, I could only image what he would charge me to keep working on it. He went to his truck and said that after talking to Gilbert, he could do it for another $75. I agreed since I had to have it repaired. This time, he did fix it, but not after walking away like you have just been hustled. I give 2 stars because at least he fixed it.

Couldn’t have asked for a better job well done. The amazing team at Aarons are the best I’ve ever found.
