Five-star service from Tony Reyes at Universal Home Experts! He installed a new water heater for my parents and was fantastic. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very respectful of their home leaving the area cleaner than he found it. They couldn't be happier with the results!

The experience with Universal Home 9Experts was phenomenal from the first call with Mr. Bowen in dispatch until the damaged water heater was replaced within 1 day of the initial request.

Mr. Bowen was very patient and customer oriented. He made sure that all my questions and requests were well taken care of as he continued to provide great customer service.

In addition, I would like to commend Mr.Vicente and Mr. Marco who made a great team. They showed up at the exact time stated time and did an outstanding job making sure that I was fully satisfied with the work performed. Great customer service and great staff going above and beyond to satisfy their customer. Will definitely use this professional service again.

Highly recommend! Eric was an amazing technician. He was genuine, patient, personable, and respectful with answering all my questions and curiosities. ☺️ He walked me through everything (multiple times or explaining in different ways if needed) to ensure I understood the issue, pricing, and that I was comfortable with my decision. He resolved the issue the same day, and I felt taken care of throughout the whole process. The price feels reasonable or could be a bit on the higher end, I am not sure. I decided to sign up for their service program since I was looking for that, which also gives you some perks. 🙌

I was at my wits end when a leak sprung in my plumbing system. De Anthony from Village Plumbing responded swiftly. He is resourceful and creative when presented with challenges. He ingeniously crafted the repair with professionalism, leaving the finished work looking clean and flawless. He also insisted on cleaning up after completing restoration works in the most awesome way. I highly recommend De Anthony for plumbing solutions and will certainly return should the need arise. Thank you so much, De, you are truly a Godsend!!

Very impressed with Donald’s performance. He clearly explained my options and didn’t press me to purchase anything else I wasn’t needing. I’d definitely request his services again.

Travis Mettler came out today and did some pipe work for me. He was amazing! He was very professional, friendly, respectful, patient, and very knowledgeable of the service he provided me. He was very detailed in his explanations on the process of the work he was doing and described it to me by using words I could understand which I greatly appreciated most of all. Excellent, friendly, honest service. We were having some construction done on site and had a weather-related power interruption on the same day. After the power was restored, our AC would not restart despite checking circuit breakers, control board fuse, etc. So, it wasn't clear if it was weather related or construction related. Jose S. arrived on-time and was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it simply. While here, he checked our system performance and since I had filters on hand, he changed them out as well. No up-selling pressure. Service call fee was waived since we have the annual plan. We are delighted!

A lesson of always communicate with your partner - we ran into a plumbing issues about a week or so ago with our water heater. Called a tech since it was leaking, wife wanted to handle this. I trusted her, and with a slogan including the word "honest" in their service mantra, I expected honest behavior from the company while I tended to other matters.

Imagine my horror when I found the invoice showing a water heater unit, the exact same kind that I can buy at home depot for $559.00 listed alone at $4524.57. This place will fix your pipes, but they will try (and sometimes succeed if you aren't careful) to scam customers by up charging the hell out of replacement parts. Absolute vultures.

I'm editing my review because their comment and the conversation I have had with their front desk and "customer service agent" have been even more infuriating. I keep getting told the Plumbing Supervisor cannot help me because he is out of office by the front desk. Their "customer service agent," is telling me to call the number listed in their comment below. I called that number and was told the customer service agent is a computer. Customer service agent communicating with me via text disputes this and says someone will call me. I am going in circles with no resolution because no one in this company will take responsibility to address this issue, or seems to not even know who is a real employee and who is some AI assistant.

Edit 2: I did recieve a call from the plumbing supervisor, Mark yesterday. He told me the price was justified due to small differences in the products. The model number is XG40T12HE40U0, which if searched online pulls up a unit that is closer to $800. Home Depot verfifies this by showing the model number at the bottom of the page. Screenshots have been added to show that the supervisor tried to lie to me.

Robert was excellent! Not only did he fix our plumbing issue and found out the cause of the leak but he found issues with our HVAC and other things around our house that were cause of concern. Him and Village Plumbing are top of the line and would highly recommend them!

Donald came out today to inspect our plumbing. The inspection process was efficient, well-organized, and informative. Donald demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. Overall, it was a smooth and efficient inspection experience. Thank you!

Shoutout to Village Plumbing! Benji was amazing so respectful (even wore booties without me asking), super professional, and explained everything in a way I could actually understand. He fixed our issue in under 2 hours! Definitely calling Village Plumbing again and will be asking for Benji if possible.

Village Plumbing provided excellent service from start to finish. Travis, the technician who came out, Jose who provided the quotes and the gentlemen who completed the excavation were all professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I truly appreciate their patience and the high level of customer service they provided. Jose kept me well informed throughout the entire process, even when what initially appeared to be a simple job became more complex. Called Village Plumbing because the company our builder used said they couldn’t get to my home until Monday. Having a freeze and a thermostat that wouldn’t go past 63 was a problem. Blake and Jose came out and fixed the problem! Both were extremely polite and we had a few laughs after the fact. They definitely are not cheap but they were knowledgeable and did what needed to be done. The only negative was the upselling. We bought the subscription but then canceled the next morning. Having a new house it wasn’t necessary. However, if you have an older home then it’s something to consider. Overall I had a positive experience. Lastly, the office staff were extremely polite and understanding.

Excellent communication. Excellent service. Our technician, Marquis Kennamore was very professional and knowledgeable even sharing maintenance suggestions with my husband. He provided outstanding customer service; in& out in a flash. Our home is warm and cozy again. :-) Great job! 10/10 would recommend.

We couldn’t be more thankful that Travis came out to unclog our sink. After I called, they had him at our home in less than 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and took the time to help me understand what the next steps would be if the issue continued. I never felt rushed; he made sure everything was explained clearly. Travis did a great job, and we’ll definitely be calling back (hopefully not anytime soon!) if we ever need a plumber again.

Noah,CG, and Leo have been absolutely phenomenal throughout our entire process of replacing our busted water heaters. What started out as a complete nightmare for our family, having the water heaters burst in the middle of night and rain through our ceiling into our living room, has turned into an amazingly easy consultation and replacement of our two water heaters. Thanks to the professionalism and knowledge of all the Village employees, and their meticulous attention to detail, we felt sufficiently informed about a plan of action to get the repairs necessary completed in a quick and timely manner. We have been so impressed by everyone we have met with from Village and are happy to refer Village Plumbing to anyone who needs quick and knowledgeable plumbing assistance. Josh showed up at our place ready to do our annual inspection. He was very polite and professional. I really liked the video inspection and transparency of the process. No hassle, no push/limited time only deals. Just the facts and options. Great experience.

We wanted to have our generator serviced before the winter storm, so we booked. And even with a small scheduling error, the technician, Isaac, came out quickly and was amazing. He was thorough and explained everything and even did an impromptu electrical inspection. He went was great!

Vernon Harris came out to repair a small leak on my shower/tub. Went from a cartridge change to a valve assembly change which I expected. It was still leaking after the cartridge change. Vernon delivered quality work paying attention to details to everything including the trim and keeping me up to date on progress. The experience and quality is worth it. He even pointed out one trim piece he installed was nickel, not chrome, that he installed by accident and would change it out. Love the integrity and honesty in that.

Ramiro Berrum is just a terrific technician! He spent nearly three hours going through my HVAC system's check-up, thoroughly explaining it's deficiencies and strengths to me in language I understood and concepts that were easy to grasp. He is courteous, well spoken and extremely knowledgeable in his vocation and willing to share his knowledge without rushing through.

I greatly appreciated his not prodding me to replace this or that but made clear the ramifications of not tending to issues that my 60's built home with an aging HVAC system needed to have addressed.

I'll certainly request his return in the probable event I need the services of Village Plumbing in the future.
