We had such a great experience with Erik from Village Plumbing and Air. From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and upfront about everything. Our heater issue turned out to be stubborn, but he refused to give up until he found the root cause and fully repaired it. Beyond being a skilled HVAC technician, he was simply a pleasant person to have in our home, professional but also genuinely enjoyable to talk to. We especially loved the added touch of wearing shoe covers since we are a shoe-less house! We couldn’t be happier with the service. Erik is a true asset to the company!

I had an outstanding experience with Village Plumbing, thanks to Jesse, who truly went above and beyond. Jesse came to my mom’s house late on a Friday evening to take care of a sink and plumbing issue, and from the moment he arrived, he was amazing—professional, personable, and incredibly empathetic.
You could immediately tell he genuinely cared, not just about fixing the problem, but about making sure my mom felt comfortable and taken care of. He worked with care, compassion, and a level of dedication that’s rare to find these days. The quality of his work was excellent, the service was seamless, and the pricing was very reasonable.
Jesse is a phenomenal representation of the brand and what great customer service should look like. We are extremely grateful for his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jesse and Village Plumbing to anyone in need of reliable, trustworthy service. -
Luke N. came by for an inspection and was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. He helped point out a couple of things to address and was honest as far as expectations. I anticipate working with him and Village Plumbing for future jobs.

Update from 1* to 3*s 2/17/25 —> The company has reached out directly and offered recommendations as well as an understanding of what happened. They apologized for our experience and assured me that it was isolated. The quality assurance manager took ownership and offered a number of solutions. They took quick action and for that it tells me that they are a serious company offering a good service to the community and care about their reputation and the services they offer. Turns out two surge protections would be beneficial but the float switch is more of a priority which the company is going to take care of for us as a good faith measure and we will accept. The company also refunded the service call fee given our feedback and experience. We hesitated to accept anything but they tried to correct the situation and make things better and I respect that. Thank you SGT Spears, we thank you for your service!

The overall experience was terrible. The only exceptional parts were the people who answer the phones to schedule, the technology used to keep customers informed and the feedback loop. Hear me, I can only surmise that the company contracts people to come out. If they actually work for the company then-be aware. Someone came out to assess an ac issue. The tech said seems like no power going to the unit. He asked about power outages in the area and proceeded to go in the attic. I asked several questions regarding assessing the issue and ensuring proper diagnosis of the issue. He immediately looked at my husband who is a man and talked to him. He mentioned the transformer piece was the issue. it’s a $50 part, he brought up the invoice without any itemization and said the charge would be $89.00 to come out plus the parts and labor and it was $598 and he said it was a 15 minute job-you do the math. I asked if that’s the case what is $600 going to? no answer from Abinadi Huerta. Not to
include the $1300+ parts and services he was trying to install that were not needed. My husband was a go and I was a clear no because he clearly didn’t prove to me he should be working on our expensive HVAC system. He never even inspected or checked the outdoor unit at all. He also was going to install a float switch which had NOTHiNG to do with the AC not working. He said he would change out our transformer with a hardwired version which he couldn’t even explain how he would do that. He said oh it’ll take no time… l looked up that part and it was $55 dollars. then said after he would inspect more diagnostics AFTER installing the part of which he never did. Guy representing Village Plumbing went to the attic for over an hour it seemed and no power no nothing of which I saw him talking to my husband and getting ready to leave. I ran out like what’s going on…The man told my husband he didn’t know what the issue was could be the motherboard and he can’t figure it out but wanted to he PAID his service fee. He left the part he took off on top of the furnace and left screws unbolted down and left our home. Oh this was horrible. First, i get he came out, but he scammed us and was disrespectful to our home and me by brushing off my questions and talking only to the man of the house. First, what if i were single, then he clearly would have tried the same antics. See these companies hire whomever and say they are qualified and they are not. I explained early in the visit about the loyalty program, he looked at me like i had three heads. The brought it up to my husband while trying to upsell him. How are you upselling when you can’t even do the original job. Fast forward, we called Big Tex Electric they were here for 30 minutes the technician changed the 30amp contactor outside on the unit and the system powered right up. We paid $145.60. See first impressions last. People may not remember WHAT you said, but will always remember HOW you made them feel. -
Donald Helka came out and provided exceptional service. He took the time to walk me through all available options, explained everything clearly, and helped me make the right decision without any pressure. Highly professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend him.

Noah CG and John Malone took some ch great care of us! We just moved into an older home and Noah walked us through everything with explanations and suggestions of what could be made more efficient etc. I appreciate how open and honest they were with every step. They helped us choose the right product and replacement for each thing in the house we had concerns with. Very thankful! We are in working order and looking good!

My household experienced an extremely seamless project execution that Village Plumbing along with Mr. Velasco and his drain/sewage team performed in my home. The initial Village plumber arrived on time and treated the problem quickly and efficiently. Then while conducting further steps of his diagnostic duties, he discovered our major drain pipe problem.
We are thankful and satisfied of how swiftly the entire project followed through considering that this happened on Christmas week. I do have to comment that communication with the team lead could be better but on the other hand when I reached out, he always responded promptly and gave exact details of what we were to expect next.
Village Plumbing is a reliable and professional company I will always count on. -
I called Village Plumbing, Air and Electric when my furnace went out this weekend and it had gotten cold. The company was very helpful and scheduled a licensed technician to come out immediately to address my problem. They let me know ahead of time who the technician was and even sent a picture. The technician messaged me when he was on his way. My technician, Ramiro, was an excellent technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix the problem very quickly. And explained to me everything that happened to my furnace. He also gave me pointers as to how to help me maintain my furnace in the future. I was very happy with my service. And I will definitely call Village Plumbing, Air and Electric for all of my future service calls and routine maintenance calls. I will also definitely request Ramiro. I appreciate he was patient answering all of my questions.

I had a great experience with everyone I interacted with at Village Plumbing & Air. I was having issues with my A/C unit and Allan and Joel both came out on two separate occasions to give me a quote for a few different options to repair my unit and also replace it since it was 15 years old. I received a number of quotes and Village offered a fair price. Joel / Allan gave me great advice and I ended up repairing my unit and getting a new supply plenum, media filter and UV light.
Sean and his partner came out a few days later and did the repair work in my attic and did an amazing job. The job required them to take a good amount of material out of my attic (eg: old plenum, etc.) and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was left spotless!
Had a great experience all around with Village and would definitely recommend! -

-

This staff is incredible, they answer the phone or return my call immediately. They provide great service at fair price, they are my go to company for my plumbing problems.
-
I had to replace cartridge in my Moen faucet (bathroom)
Plumber solved my problem quickly but created another more complicated problem like water hummer. If you would like to fix your plumbing issues without bad consequences try another company. -
Wish I would have known about this place years ago. What an amazing company.
-

-

Needed my house repiped and got a quote from Abacus and Aaron's, and Aaron's was almost half the price of Abacus. After the job I see why it was so much cheaper. A two day job turned into a 5 day job because the first two days the crew kept having to leave to "take care of some stuff" and in the first two days they only worked about 3 hours. On the third day they got halfway through and then they ran out of connections and it was too late to go pick more up. Water had to stay off over the weekend (for a total of 4 days) and they didn't start work on Monday until almost 1pm and finished at 8pm. After they left I tested all my fixtures and they forgot to run pipe to my half bath, and my yard sprinkler system no longer works. It seems like people have had better experiences with this company but this is just extremely unprofessional work. I won't be using them again.
