He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with my HVAC system and educated me on common issues that can arise, what to watch for, and how to properly maintain the system moving forward. I really appreciated that he didn’t just fix the issue and leave—he made sure I understood everything so I could prevent future problems.

He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely honest throughout the entire process. Kevin arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently while still being very detail-oriented. Jesse came out and took such good care of us. When he came out to help us the first time we used Village, we had just moved in. Jesse did an inspection for us to help us understand why was going on around our home. When we needed help again he came right back to save us! He was kind, patient, and respectful. Through the whole repair he kept us updated and worked tirelessly till the problem was solved. We cannot thank him enough for his hard work and commitment to doing the job right! We are thankful knowing he is available and just a call away if anything else comes up!

I hired this company in 1/2024 to fix a broken pipe. I was told the price would be cheaper if I purchased their membership, so I did, but I told the tech I didn't want it recurring - I only wanted it for that year's discount. He told me, no problem. Once the work finished, I started getting inundated with calls for additional services, sometimes multiple times in one day. I asked to be put on a do not call list. I asked to cancel the service. I asked to talk to a manager. Nothing worked. I eventually blocked their number, but I still get calls and voicemails from them even though my phone no longer rings for their number. In 1/2025, I was charged $99 for the annual membership. I once again tried multiple times to cancel the service, both by phone and email, and to get my money refunded to no avail. I eventually had to go through my credit card company. Imagine my surprise to wake up this morning (1/2026) and, once again, find another $99 annual membership charge to my credit card. I once again sent an email communication asking them to refund my money and lose my information. My advice, if you choose to go with this company, the money you will save upfront through the membership will not offset the ongoing frustration of trying to get out of it. If I don't get a reply on here or by email that my money is being refunded and my account deleted by close of business Monday, I will once again go through my credit card company.

I recently had an audit completed on my heating and air system by Jesus Garcia with village, plumbing air and electrical, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jesus was very professional and conducted a thorough detailed assessment of my system. He took the time to clearly explain his findings and walk me through all of the available options based on the results of the audit ensuring, I understood everything before making any decision his knowledge, transparency, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and informative. I would absolutely recommend Jesus Garcia to anyone needing AC and heating services.

Marquis is very nice and we’re personable with me. He took his time to explain and guide me through the whole process of getting parts under warranty. Marquis is very Knowledgeable and would recommend asking for him if you want good quality service! Go Marquis Kennamore!

Called with what I expected was a pretty simple water heater fix and was prepared to pay a few hundred to have it fixed as I didn't have the time to deal with it. Communication was good and they said they'd have someone out same-day. They get 2 stars for communication and timeliness.

However, it went south from there. The person that arrived was really just a sales rep, didn't even bring any tools with him. The rep told me that my suspected issue was very unlikely and given the age I really needed a whole new system. He quoted a range of ridiculous options from $6k - 19k ($10k was a water softening system I didn't have or want) and I was speachless. Turns out that was all the motivation I needed. A quick youtube video, a $12 part from Home Depot, and an hour of my time later I just got out of my hot shower.

While I was at Home Depot I priced the same water heater at $800. Obviously there's some labor involved but it's not $5k worth. I was born at night, but not last night. Not sure how they are still in business.

He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he inspected, walking me through his findings in clear, easy-to-understand detail, and even provided pictures to show exactly what he was seeing.

What really stood out was how patient and informative he was, never rushed, never dismissive, just focused on making sure I fully understood the condition of my system and what to expect moving forward. Aaron didn’t just represent himself well, he represented Village Plumbing with integrity, knowledge, and pride in his work.

If you’re considering Village Plumbing, I highly recommend them, and if you have the option, ask for Aaron. He’s the kind of technician who gives you confidence that your home is in capable, trustworthy hands.

Johnny Mateo was very informative, kind and a quick worker! Highly recommend! Even though I am a girl and know nothing about my issue, he was patience and answered all my questions. He walked me through all the steps he was performing and never left me in the dark! Very friendly and should I have another issue, I trust Johnny to help me again.

Jesse McCoyer was awesome. He came to my mom's place of residence and was patient and generous with his time. Explained the issue and fixed it promptly. Mr. Jesse was so kind that he assisted us with making the repair affordable for us since we could not obtain alternative financing. I would recommend him/company anytime to anyone needing help. 5 Star service.

We had a great experience, especially with our technician, Travis. He knew what the issue was right away just by looking under the sink — no guesswork at all. He worked fast, fixed it efficiently, and explained what happened and why in a way that actually made sense. (It was a AC unit condensation buildup that was clogging up our sinks)

Travis was friendly and professional the whole time. It’s always a relief when someone makes a home repair feel simple and stress-free (he even put on shoe slip covers before stepping into the house). I would definitely call again and ask for Travis.

The company was also super easy to work with. After I submitted an online request, they reached out quickly to schedule. The day of the appointment, they sent text updates with who was coming, when to expect him, and even a map to track his arrival. That kind of communication really helps, especially when there’s a wide arrival window. Paying was super easy too and I did it through TAP :P

Josh, Chris, and Aaron were fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They were also so sweet with my dog Bella. I can’t recommend them highly enough! Five stars all the way!!!

Wes, Jose & Ceaser were so awesome today! I called this morning with a stopped clogged up drain, by 10am the technician was already on his way! All work was completed BEFORE 11am!

Adulting is sometimes not fun... especially when it comes to HVACs and plumbing. Our experience with Village has been great so far. Eric came today for furnace maintenance. He was on time, wore shoe covers, was friendly, took time to explain and show his findings, answered my questions, gave his suggestions for priorities, and replaced our dirty filters. And he was kind to our dog.

I recently had service completed by Johnny , the plumber who came to my home to repair a clogged sink, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Johnny was extremely efficient and professional from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what was causing the problem in a way that was easy to understand.

I truly appreciated how he took the time to walk me through what was going on with my sink and what needed to be done to fix it. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he worked diligently to resolve the issue promptly.

Overall, I am very happy with the service Johnny provided. He delivered excellent customer service and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend him to others.

I had an amazing experience with Josh and James who came out and give us a quote and gave recommendations on HVAC work that needed to be done. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and explained everything in extreme detail and answered all of my many questions and put me as ease. Ertzel and Carlos came to install all new HVAC equipment and worked for countless hours just to get everything up and running. I appreciate their hard work. I also had a follow up with Ramiro who was also absolutely amazing and helpful. He also explained everything in extreme detail and helped us gain knowledge on our new HVAC system. Highly recommended!

Great service! Friendly and punctual. I called for a drain clearing late at night and they came right out the next morning! They actually found the root of the issue and told me what I can do to fix it. Would definitely recommend and I will be calling them again in the future if I have any issues.

Our technician, Marquis K, was really helpful and patient in explaining what was needed and how much it would cost. He did a fantastic job getting our AC up and running and working more efficiently. Marquis went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service and the price. We have used Village several times and have been 100% happy every time.

My shower needed repair and I couldn't turn on the water til it was completed. Village Plumbing was able to come out same day and get me back up and running. Thank you Village for a job well done.

Noah CG Omg, if I tell you I had the best experience today with my tech from Village Plummers. My tech was Noah and I was more thaj satisfied with the service. At first glance my husband said "He's just a kid!" We laughed. Noah's initial approach was heartwarming. He was kind approachable and friendly. Don't let the baby face fool you, he is very KNOWLEDGEABLE and passionate about was he does. He explained everything in detail, asked if we had any questions and most importantly he answered all of my questions. At the the end of his inspection (of my water heater), As a senior citizen on a fixed income, I was so nervous about the bottom line, but Noah was able to show me options that could fit in our budget. I'm sure Village Plummers has a ton of experienced plumbers, (which is why they have a five star review) but Noah will remain my point of contact, if and when I have any questions or concerns!
