Eric at Houston Plumbing is truly the best. His communication is excellent, and he quickly diagnoses and resolves issues with confidence. He came to our house on a Sunday, just after we moved in, and found a couple of major problems that our inspection had completely missed. He and his team handled them efficiently and professionally.

Eric is also an absolute workhorse. He spent hours in our attic in 100-degree heat replacing a water heater without a single complaint. His positive attitude and clear passion for his work really stand out.

Simply put, Eric is a great plumber and an even better person. I couldn’t recommend him and his team more highly. We’ll absolutely be using them again!

Man, let me tell you — Eric from Houston Plumbing Expert is the truth. I don’t normally write reviews, and I’m super skeptical when it comes to commercial plumbing companies. But after this experience, I had to.

I had a really bad drain issue in my main sewer line — like, real bad. Eric came out, showed me exactly where the problem was on the camera, explained everything in a way that made sense, and then got straight to work. You could tell right away the guy knows his stuff.

He went above and beyond to get my issue fixed, no shortcuts, no upselling — just honest, solid work. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable and professional who also genuinely cares about helping people.

I've had Eric come to my house twice now. Once on a Sunday for an emergency and again to fix something less urgent. Both times he arrived within hours of my initial call, was very friendly and knowledgeable, fixed the problem, and charged what I think was a very reasonable price. I can't recommend him highly enough!

I had an amazing experience with Eric from Houston Plumbing Expert today! After the freeze, I discovered a burst pipe in my home, and I was in a panic. Eric was incredibly responsive and showed up quickly to assess the situation.
Not only did he replace everything that was damaged, but he also took the time to properly insulate all the pipes to prevent any future issues. His expertise was evident in the way he handled the job efficiently and professionally.

They were very efficient in getting the job done. I just thought it was a little pricey.

Had a call in order and reference number and everything and got there at 12:06pm and told representative that I had the reference number and he really didn't bother to ask or anything he just simply told me that everything was shut down and walk away from me and I was at 45 north spring area and than had to call Ray for an emergency call so had drive opposite of the job to the gulf freeway Ferguson just to get the parts which was an hour away.

Very good place, easy to back in, didn't take but 30 minutes to get unloaded

Great place for the DIYer! They have common parts on shelves and can will call other parts. I had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you call, check if your part is on the shelf... If so, just go and don't wait for Will-call. They're busy so they may not immediately realize it's on the shelf where you can just grab and go. Also, make sure you check your part before you leave. In cardboard boxes, open the box and check the part. I almost received the wrong part. I'm a firm believer that your satisfaction is on you. They deliver and do what they can, but you need to be educated enough to check on the stuff and ensure you got what you need. This is a great place. Five stars. I very happy to have been able to get the part I needed for my personal HVAC emergency, and now I sit with my kids in the nice AC posting this, all because not only did I have the inclination to troubleshoot the issue myself, but I had a great parts store offering non-commercial sales to help me ASAP. THANKS!!! VALUABLE SERVICE! Great price! (Condenser capacitor was cheaper than on Amazon)
