Very pleasant shopping experience for a homeowner (not a contractor or tradesperson). I needed a capacitor for my A/C. I called ahead and the guy found it for me on the shelf and told me the model number. I went in to buy it and it ended up being about 30% cheaper than Ace Hardware. Very good customer service at check-out. I was afraid they might treat me differently since I'm not a contractor, but they were attentive and patient. Highly recommended.

My main water line busted and I called a well known company to come take a look. The quote they provided was astronomical! I called OneCall for a second opinion and they came in 25% less. Nick took the time to explain the issue and offered a couple of different options. I felt empowered to make an informed decision on how to approach the repair. Nick also explained their 0% interest financing option in detail, which helped me manage the unexpected cost for my water line. They were able to complete the 70’ replacement the same day to get my water back on as quickly as possible. Nick gave me pictures of the project so I have a record of where the main line runs for future reference. From here on out, OneCall will be my only call for any plumbing, electrical or HVAC needs! I was having issue with my AC not starting up. Efrim was dispatched to do the maintenance and repair. He figured it out it was a bad wire that he changed immediately. He also made some suggestions about my AC unit for short term repairs and long term replacement. He was very professional and friendly.
