Nick deserve a paid vacation to Hawaii - this guy worked his butt off to ensure that I was not only comfortable with the work being done, but the price, and the process. Nick provided some of the most genuine and thoughtful customer service that I've seen with a home servicing company, and. I couldn't recommend him enough.

Franklin was very effective in fixing the leak coming from the water heater piping. He came in late at night and got it fixed the same night!! He is amazing!!

I have used Air Tech several times. And have always been very pleased with the service that I have received. My plumber has been Justin Rodriguez. A very smart knowledgeable plumber. He takes his time and always explains exactly what he is doing and what you are to expect from his service. He was always on time and gives a heads-up when he is on his way to you. Office staff very friendly and helpful. If you need a plumber I would highly recommend that you use Air Tech of Katy.

Andriu Gomez did an amazing job from start to finish. He was very informative about the issue and got to work right away. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Matthew Bartleson did an amazing job to quickly diagnose and repair my electrical issue. I called OneCall that evening for a same day appointment and they promptly arrived and were very professional. Matt also recommended ways to protect our circuit to prevent future problems. I certainly recommend using OneCall and request Matt!

I really appreciated that Bobby called me back on Saturday, on his time off, and talked about how much some specific repairs would cost. I am in the process of buying a house, and with some plumping problems identified, I needed to get a better understanding of how much of a project this would be when I decide to fix it. Bobby did a great job explaining the time frame, cost, and that I would get pictures breaking down what was done.

They did an excellent job installing two HVAC units and a Generac. Also, great support after installation.

Nick was absolutely amazing! He found the problem, but didn't stop there he also check other avenues that could possibly be an issue. He was clear in conversation and honest. Our family appreciates him and the work he's done. We were glad to find out they really are a one stop shop for all homing needs.
