Willie Johnson and his crew did an amazing job repairing my sewer line that was stopped up by tree roots.
Willie was very knowledgeable and explained the process to fix the problem in a way that I could understand. He showed up on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner.

Stephen Miles went above and beyond our expectations to provide exceptional customer service to my mother's residence. She wasn't knowledgeable her new installed furnace and how to adjust to properly keep the furnace on. Stephen was patient and kind and provided step by step information on how to adjust the heater to keep the home warm at all times. Thanks to Nick's plumbing for having the best employees!

Josh Jackson provided outstanding plumbing service when he came for my clogged tub. He was thorough and efficient. He checked all possible causes before making a diagnosis instead of rushing to a quick fix. I genuinely appreciated how he explained everything clearly and in a way that was easy to understand.
What stood out most was he noticed and pointed out other maintenance issues that could cause problems down the line, helping me prevent future damage rather than just solving the immediate issue. Throughout the entire visit, Josh was patient, kind, and very informative. I felt confident in the work he did and the advice he gave. I have used Luis Camacho at Nick’s Plumbing for at least three major projects on a remodeling effort. He and his apprentice delivered stellar service every time. He gives you the full cost up front, pays attention to detail, seeks input if needed and cleans up the work site afterwards. I’ve had broken outdoor spigots replaced, gas drip lines installed on water heaters and furnaces, a corroded gas line repaired that was entering the house, a new shower valve and trim installed, valves under sink replaced, and a MoenFlo water leak detection device installed. The service provide was always on time and courteous. I ask for Luis and his partner every time and will continue to do so.

The team resolved a city issue we’d been dealing with for days too, and their customer service has been outstanding. Knowing they’re there during bad freezing weather gives me real peace of mind. I called Nick's Plumbing on Saturday morning and they were here within 2 hours later. Tafano and Gray replaced a water heater in a couple of hours. I will definitely call them again when the need arises. Tafano also repaired a leaky bathtub faucet while he was here. Everyone was extremely nice and explained the process. I'm very satisfied with their repairs.

I called on a Saturday and didn’t expect to get a response for same-day service without being charged and astronomical fee, but that was not the case. I was greeted with kindness and empathy for my situation. She let me know what the pricing was on for the call right away. The agent was out there within the next couple of hours and let me know what the issue was. He offered to fix the same day. The communication and options were clear and laid out for me to understand. They let me know that I had algae buildup in my AC line as well as one of my sockets had corroded. They replaced both options as well as offered suggestions to help the algae buildup with some kind of bar inside of the drain plate. Very easy very communicative and I would definitely recommend the service. The work was warranted and I am so happy that I have connected with Nick’s plumbing and air-conditioning.

Recommended by a co-worker. I have a previous plumber but I needed an additional opinion. We have spent almost 2 years trying to figure out why the shower in the Master Bath is just an Academy canopy mister at this point. Exaggeration but you know...

My own plumber could not state why. Literally Luis came and inspected this and other issues we had and was HONEST! He told us what to do on our own first before the option of charging us a 2nd option. We did it and last night I was in a spa heaven of water rushing in. I loved that their entire team from the schedulers to the plumbers were kind, honest and patient. They all were extremely helpful and willing to get a plumber back out the same day for an additional problem. I ended up declining but thanking them.

They also do not charge a trip charge which baffled me. I will be switching companies once my tankless is due. Prior to his arrival I did get their Cyber Monday special so I am in!

The little things impress and go a long way and the fact that they are not eager to tug at your pockets but instead provide their free expertise is amazing!

Technician William Peterson did a great job. He arrived on time, cleaned our tankless water heater, replaced a kitchen faucet, and installed a new toilet. Replacing the kitchen faucet was tough due to its age and corrosion issues. The cost was fair and I would recommend Nick's Plumbing if you have a plumbing problem.

Don was amazing, quick, respectful, and super helpful explaining everything! My family loves Nick’s, I feel like they always give us options at different price points, and even let us know when stuff could be easily done at home. Every plumber whose come to do work has been honest and considerate.

When I couldn't get ahold of the plumber we usually use, I remembered the commercials I'd been hearing on the radio about Nick's plumbing. So very glad I called. I was very pleased with the service provided by Eduardo. He actually cleared up two problems we were having besides the one we called him for. He was very courteous and straightforward about what he believed the problem was and how to approach it.

Our tech Dylan notified us he was on the way. He quickly sized up the issue and went for a part, returning as promised an hour later to install and program it with the HVAC system. He left his phone number in case we have problems. Very affable and professional!

My fuse box and gas meter are on opposite sides of the house and I needed a natural gas connection near the electrical panel. The only way to get the job done was to go through the attic.

I called Nick’s Plumbing to give me an estimate. Ethan dropped by the same day and told him what I wanted. Ethan stated that it’s not a problem and provided an estimate while he was there. I was surprised that I didn’t have to wait a week for them to get back with me.

I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the following week.

Ethan and Christian showed as scheduled and were very professional and polite.

After the line was installed they even painted the pipe for us.

My personal opinion is that they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

I love supporting local Houston-based businesses, and Nick's has been my go-to for all my plumbing needs. Their service technicians and admin staff are courteous, up front, highly professional and educate you through the process. I had to have my outside water valve that controls the water flow to my 25-year-old Houston Heights Bungalow home serviced. They responded the same day and installed a new pipe, valve and even weatherized the pipe for me. I am so very grateful. Their prices are much more reasonable than the big-name competition.

I’ve used Nick’s Plumbing twice for AC issues and had Miguel as my HVAC tech both times. He was great — very knowledgeable, explained the problems clearly, and gave me multiple options with pros and cons. I really appreciated how transparent and helpful he was.

installers were professional and they made the good decision to honor the verbal price i was given. Over the phone I was given a price of $250-$329 depending on complexity of the faucet to install (labor only). Ours was the not complex so it should be $250. The installers said the base price was $329, but good for them, after I explained the call they lowered it to $269. I think Nicks work is good (and the guys who came out were professional), but after i booked the appointment I looked on Yelp and saw a ton of one-star reviews - all related to being told one price on the phone but a higher price on the job. This seems to be more of a corporate issue than a workmanship issue, and I would have given 5-stars (for the actual work), but dinged it down to 4-stars because corporate needs to listen. Overall I'm satisfied with the work and I appreciate the executive decision the guys in the field made, but why make their work harder with bait and switch phone pricing, if that was what it was.

Main line replacement due to belly in line, thorough, Adam was great explaining options to make decision. Work was performed efficiently by crew even in middle of recent cold.

Nick's has always provided excellent service, but entrusting them with the installation of an entire new A/C unit revealed how they, and particularly their service rep Dylan, go the extra mile with their loyal customers. My wife and I have subscribed to Nick's service plan, which has them visiting a couple times a year to check on things and diagnose problems without any charge. I highly recommend it. When our unit had a freon leak, they professionally replaced the entire thing the very next day. Though there were some kinks to work out after that, Dylan personally visited to take care of them within an hour after I reached out to him. For high-quality, white-glove service at a fair price, I can't recommend Nick's highly enough.
