Zero stars!! Missed their 8am-12 appointment window. I had to contact them to see what's going on. Plumber came at 330..looked at the garbage disposal for 2 minutes..said he was going to home depot..haven't seen or heard from them since. My home warranty hired this trash company..do not waste your time or money with these unprofessional clowns. Day 2 and still haven't been contacted by them.

Serviced my garbage disposal through my home warranty. At first they were a little hard to connect with but once the connection was made, it was smooth sailing. Garbage disposal replaced and ready to go for the holidays. Thank you!

One star doesn't even do it less than that. Appointment was supposed to be today between 8am-12pm. No calls or texts. When I called was told appointment was changed. How do you reschedule someone and not notify them. This is for a hot water heater. Very unprofessional. Home warranty hired these People. This isn't the first issue with this plumbing company. Plumbing company lied and told home warranty it was a computer glitch. Appointment was confirmed 5 days ago. Someone doesn't know what they're doing then to cya they make a dumb excuse.

Both jobs through this company were bad experiences. Both were Home Warranty jobs in Galveston. The first technician that showed up was uninformed of the notes that I left with dispatch. l reminded him of each job, he was clearly aggravated and rushed through them, angrily. The second tech seemingly did a great job until I turned the water back on, and the work was still leaking-he was gone. This began a 4 day battle to get them to return and correct the job. I took video-requested by their dispatch, I got the manager to reschedule, and they cancelled at 7:15 AM the morning of the appt.-which was a week later. They filed an “inactive status” that same morning with the Home Warranty company, which is a loophole that freed them from the ongoing claim. This allowed A to Z to avoid the botched job, and become “active status” again at a later time. Negligent business practices.

Terrible customer service. My warranty company sent them to me and they did not complete the full service as stated in my work order because I added more items while he was at my home. My warranty company stated he should complete the entire job and they said no bc they only get paid one time. That’s not my problem, I paid my fee to get him out there to fix all the issues and the customer service was of no help. They directed me to update the claim with my warranty company which I did and then denied the update after receiving it. So sad

So we just bought a house a month ago and my jet tub wasn't working. We contacted this company and when the tech came out he told my husband that due to it being a jet tub, we needed to remove the front skirting of the tub before he could fix it. Took the $75 for service call fee and he walked out. I will NEVER use this company again. I feel they took the money he was done! He didn't even try to fix it. The problem is the water from the tub is ruining my walls & I just needed to see what the problem was but guess ill have to contact a plumber who actually can help fix problems not just come in and leave without explaining anything. TOTALLY ticked off

BEWARE! This Company was sent out by my warranty company. My sink was stopped up when they arrived. He was not able to fix the problem without prior authorization, so he left. Soon as he left the sink started to overflow so I’m not sure what he did. I called the warranty company and they said it was approved. This company said they can’t come back out until 4 days later. I had to call an after hours plumber to help me. This company didn’t leave me high and dry but soaking wet! Due to the overflowing sink my garage Sheetrock is ruined as well.

AZ plumbing denied to proceed with repairs for two toilet leaking issues until I pay for the service order (I've always paid after the service was done). So I paid for the two toilet repair service but there was no response. So, a while after, I called them to schedule an appointment for the service order I've already paid for, and they told me I need to wait for 1 week for the earliest appointment. WHAT???? The desk lady I've spoken was also not friendly at all.

This is by far the worst company I ever dealt with. My Warranty Insurance hired this company and sent “Adrain” who is arrogant and never takes any responsibility. He came to install a Fawcett and informed me that there was a 50% chance that the tub could break while he was taking the Fawcett off and I would be responsible for replacing it. After a total of 6 visits and waiting numerous hours for him to show up. Adrain by far, is the worst plumber you can hire!! I am calling the Better business bureau to file an official complaint. This company should not be in business!!

Highly recommend. Called all over town for cost of water softener install. They were the lowest and quickest to come out. Team worked hard and got it all working. Then we discovered a leak in an old shut off system. They offered to come next day, on a Saturday, to fix it so we wouldn't be out of water all weekend. We learned the newly purchased house had a home warranty that told us it was covered. 5 days later and another company without water to learn it's not. Long story, we called A to Z back and next day we had it fixed and water on. Awesome, professional bunch, the boss even stopped to check progress. They are on our contact list now!

I called A To Z Plumbing because my master bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, despite multiple attempts to clear the pipes myself. They sent out bula , who did an excellent job. He snaked the line all the way to the main and also cleared a clog of hair from my wife's sink. Everything is working perfectly now. Great service overall—bula was professional and friendly.

Be ready to write all of your credit card information down and signature and send it to a random GMAIL account or they will not work with you. My home warranty forced me to use them and they will not take payment ANY OTHER WAY than the extremely unsecured way of you filling out a document with no address or phone number or license info on it. Only the name of the company and the request for your credit card information and signature to send back to a random gmail account with no company signature block, no company email address, just good ol’ Randy Griffin at Gmail. They have no office, and website to securely take a payment. I guess I’ll go another week with my water heater busted flooding by backyard.

This company came to my home for a Warranty Claim; the tech found the problem and told my wife he needed to go get a wax ring to fix the toilet. This was around 9am. My wife instructed the tech that she had a prior engagement at noon, but the tech advised her he would be right back. Two and a half hours later he still had no returned, I called the office to find the status and was told my warranty company didn't approve the claim so they would not be coming back. This sort of upset because why didn't they tell us the claim had been denied and that they would not return, instead they just left us waiting. Now we all know that their time is more precious than ours because they have you sit and wait for them to arrive in a 4-hour window but to say you will be right back and never return is just unprofessional. I called the office and asked why didn't tell us the price so they could just install the seal, we could have paid them directly, the representative stated he would ask the tech the price and get back to us that was 3 days ago. We have called a professional service out to fix the problem 'If you value your time and honest work, don't use this company. As a Veteran we pride ourselves on integrity, well it appears this company has none, avoid at all costs would be my recommendation by experience.
