At midnight of the second night of Winter Storm Uri (day 2 of no power or heat), I awoke to dripping on my face. Mere seconds after I moved my bed away from the dripping, half the ceiling in the room collapsed onto the floor. The dripping was now a firehose, flooding my house. Frantically, I pulled up All American Plumbing in my contacts and dialed the number and prayed, even knowing it was impossible anyone would be answering this late. Richard answered; he had been up since the early morning running from emergency to emergency, and had just gotten off a job. He was over in minutes and had everything stopped in under a minute. After he got everything in order, he came back a week later to replace all the damaged piping--when nobody in Texas had plumbing supplies, he sent for them from Arizona.

He wasn't running from emergency to emergency 24/7 those 2 weeks because he needed the money, he did it because he knew how many people were relying on him to save their houses and couldn't let them down.

5 stars isn't enough! All American Plumbing saved the day with their prompt, professional, and affordable plumbing services. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

He said how long it will take to get and arrive within that timeframe. He came diagnosed the problem offer solution that will help at a very cost efficient fix I was thrilled because all the services he offered allow me to get the unit service and helped to saved me more money over time. I tell you if you having prom with your plumbing or your HVAC this is the place to call and you are lucky to get Alex you will be doing you a great service because just replacing one pipe on my HVAC is going to keep me from calling about the problem again.

I have used Abacus twice in the last three years for large projects. Most recently a new electrical panel, tri fuel portable generator with all connections including power transfer box, surge protector, and soft starts for both ac units. In addition to that they installed a chandelier in a difficult area. I chose Abacus because three years ago they installed three new toilets, bathroom fixtures, water heater, and a new garbage disposal. I was so impressed with the quality of work then that I chose them to return for my latest project. I was again delighted with their quality of work performed.
