Plumbing reviews in Humble, Texas

Great guys that do honest, good work at a fair price. Highly recommend working with Matt Petsche and Mark Barker.

This place caters to contractors mostly.
If you're a homeowner make sure you check the product so I fits your criteria because the management they know everything about every product and the contractors that shot their know everything but if you're just an average Joe off the street you may have to twist some arms to get a straight answer -
Exterior Building Products/Tony W***** is the *WORST* contractor I have ever used in 40+ years of home improvements. I spent over 4 years in a legal battle over an original contract of $10,000 that was hiked up to over $14,000 after work had started. In my opinion, the work Exterior Building Products/Tony W***** did was shoddy, incomplete, and unprofesional. Mr. W***** sued me, put a Mechanics' Lien on my home and was trying to Foreclose on my home. This was an enormous burden on me, an elderly woman. I recently received a letter from Exterior Building Product's lawyer warning me against making negative comments or I would be sued. My entire experience with this company has been a nightmare. I *DO NOT* recommend Exterior Building Products/Tony W***** as a contractor.

Great customer service and great work. I needed a new roof and was a little overwhelmed due to the fact that I've never bought a roof before. Mark was great and walked me through the process step by step. He told me what I need and what I don't need, and he made great recommendations along the way. The roof looks great. Thank you EBP.

I needed a complete overhaul on the outside of my house. Wood repair, siding, new windows, wall replacement where an old door was and a new and extended deck entrance. I researched many companies and received quotes from at least five. I knew EBP was going to be the one I chose after meeting with Tony. When he told me he would treat my home like it was his own he was serious. This was a huge investment for me and I had to take a big leap of faith to hand my house off to someone. I could not have picked anyone better. He kept my closely informed of when the work would begin, we discussed the other projects I was working on (heating and cooling for example) and his team worked with the other contractors seamlessly and collaboratively. His team worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning up each day. The result was incredible. My house looks like an entirely new home. I am thrilled with not only the work but the communication I had with EBP, the response to any questions or concerns and the treatment I received from Tony and his team. I have recommended them repeatedly and will continue to do so. Thank you EBP!!

I’m absolutely blown away by my experience with Exterior Building Products (a full exterior overhaul: siding, roof work, insulation, aluminum wrapping, new doors, painting - you name it). Their exceptional level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and punctuality far exceeded any expectations I could’ve had. My home was built in 1880 and therefore presented the EBP team with a lot of unexpected challenges that they handled without a worry. Thank you, team. I couldn’t be more proud of my new home.

We had a very large cathedral window replaced by Exterior Building Suppliers and the work was excellent and the window is beautiful. They were neat and polite and fairly priced. They also built a custom, screened in porch. You would not know it was an addition. The design and craftmanship was so well done. Tony and his staff were polite and attentive to our concerns. They listened, made corrections and additions as the project progressed and we are so happy with the results. As more Windows need replacing, we won't hesitate to call.

We recently replaced our cedar siding with cement board siding. We could not be happier with the expert work and attention we received from EBP. Mark Barker was excellent in overseeing the work and making sure we were completely satisfied with the job they did. It is very hard to find good quality work and attention in the remodeling business, but we hit the jackpot. You can always find cheaper, but you won’t find better. The house looks fantastic and it was done correctly. I would give them my highest recommendation and will call them first if I need another job done.

Know this when reading the following review. I am likely one of the most particular of craftsmanship and demanding of good service and quality products of anyone you would meet....
I have known Tony Wilson - Owner of EBP Inc. for more than 30 years. I have used his company for multiple repairs at several homes. Exterior Building Products has replaced windows, roofs, gutters and downspouts on two homes, and I never even found so much as a roofing nail left behind on the ground. They did an outstanding job and were NOT the highest bid either. They were right in the range I had expected for GOOD quality work. Workers were friendly, helpful and quick in their service.
On my current home I had them replace a good portion of the cedar wood siding on our home then prime, trim and paint the entire exterior. The job was done in less than a week and looks fantastic, they did not replace any wood that was in good shape as a few companies wanted to do. The price was again, what I was expected, and I would never think of asking another to take care of my home. THANKS, EXTERIOR BUILDING PRODUCTS. -
LesCon installed an outdoor shower on my patio my husband Loves it the most lol!!! He uses it after mowing the lawn (happy wife = happy life 😁) The foot sprayer comes in real handy too and the grand babies think it is the coolest thing to take a shower outside or just having fun playing in it.

Nice work flipping me the bird after one of your techs sat at a green light for ever. Playing on their phone. All we gave was a little toot of the horn. To let him know it was green on 2094 in Kemah.

One of the drivers was driving over 80 miles an hour with a trailer on the back of the work truck and rocks flying off his tires hitting my windshield. Not cool when you drive to work and witness accidents everyday. I just seen a woman die in a car wreck last week on 45 yall need to take this serious!!!

Moved into a brand new house and this company failed to connect the gas line to the furnace in the attic. Instead of working with my schedule considering they should have qc their work in the first place, I have to take a day off from work which is a further inconvenience to me. Heaven forbid they make an employee work a weekend to fix their mistake.

I had Bart Taylor come out to give me an estimate. Never received an estimate. Went ahead and had them do work as I needed it done. Techs did not leave quote or request payment at time of service. Had tub installed. Had to get four deliveries before I got right one. Then Cary in accounting called and treated me as if I was going to stiff her for payment. I could never get a line item quote, but I had to make payment sight unseen. And they are not done yet with services. Guess she uses the Pelosi policy: I have to have it done before I see what I am getting. I have always liked these folks, but may have to find someone else with this kind of customer service. They have never treated me like this and I have used them several times. And of course when I ask to speak to Bart, I am not allowed. Apparently things have changed here so beware!!!

If I ever needed a plumber, I would never use this guy. As I was driving down the Gulf Freeway, this guy essentially ran me off the road into the barrier on a merging lane while having my wife and kids in the car. This occurred 8/23/22 around 4pm. His license plate number is KFR7834. If he drives this way, I can't imagine his actual workmanship.

Lescon was supposed to come to my house yesterday from 12 - 5. I took off of work early to meet them there. They never showed. I called at 5:15 and left a message with the answering service for them to call me. I never received a call. I was very disappointed in there service, or lack thereof, and suggest you use someone else.

We had Luke to our house 2 weeks ago to look at a toilet one of our children had damaged. He fixed the flusher, explained to us how to fix it again. Then, he helped us with a shower head that had low pressure because 'we had 20 minutes left we paid for.'
Luke's the man. -
Lescon charged me less than half what another company quoted me to repair my toilet.

This company was used by my builder to install my hot water heater four years ago. Long story short, water heater needs to be replaced but parts covered under warranty. I was quoted $1,050 to replace one 40 gallon water heater located in my garage. I'm completely blown away by the exorbitant pricing.

We had a new construction, Lescon Plumbing were the plumbing contractors. From the 1st day the restroom has had a foul smell and when we open the water from the sinks and the doors from our cabinets underneath the sink smells like rotten eggs, sewage, I can't describe it, but it is horrible. The plumbers have come out twice and they state they don't smell anything and notging gets done on a home we have commited for a very long time. They need to check the vents, but they have not tried stating that they will have to tear down the sheetrock, I don't see the problem since they are working closely with the general contractor for the subdivision Chris Forbare.
