We have called on Lescon pluming for years now because of their great service. Every technician who has come to our home is kind, considerate, punctual and professional. They are able to work us in quickly and we are so thankful to have friendly and reliable people we can trust with our plumbing needs.

Gave LesCon a call while I was looking into replacing my old water heaters in the attic. They were able to install two new Rheem heaters and haul the old ones away. They did it on my schedule and worked with me on price to fit my budget! Five Stars.

I scheduled a service on July 3rd for couple of small issues at home. My schedule window was almost ending, so called them to check if anyone is coming. A lady took my details and the technician was at home in some time. The technician appeared stressed. Then I realized a bunch of employees did not show up that day in their office, hence he was overbooked. I am happy that they still took care and honored my appointment. Such a case will generally lead to a lesser review but they managed a stressful situation and took care of me. And the technician was quick and perfect. Just that he did not have enough tools to do some work that I did not tell them while booking appointment. It is around July 4th, so I understand it. Moreover this is a stressful time. I would have been happier if the technician was using a mask and shoe covers.

One your drivers hauling heavy equipment. Tried running me and several other drivers off the road. He was swerving at incoming cars making threats and gestures of violence. I was stuck between two cars and he was trying to run me over. This happened on February 5th. 2025, at 5: :30 p.m. on I-10 driver was taking the exit ramp going 59 North

I have used Lescon Plumbing several times since moving into our home back in 2007. I have always been impressed with the quality of their work and their reasonable prices. I plan on recommending them to everyone who asks me if I have a plumber I can recommend. Most recently, our hose spicket outside our house was leaking. They came out and had it repaired in less than 15 minutes. They also added insulation to the pipe and to our water main pipe as well without being asked to do that. Exceeding their customer's expectations seems to be part of their company ethos. I highly recommend this company.

We've used Lescon twice now. Once for a kitchen faucet problem (that two other plumbing firms couldn't fix) and one for a new toilet installation. We are extremely pleased with their work, which was high quality and done timely . They were punctual, knowledgeable, friendly. Their pricing is very reasonable. We will definitely use them again for future plumbing work.

I don't know about their plumbing, but drivers need to learn to drive or risk bodily injury.

I needed a mixing valve for my shower installed that required soldering copper fittings together. I called multiple places to get hourly rates and quotes. The receptionist at LesCon was extremely professional and very responsive. More so than the other companies I called so I decided to go with LesCon for the repairs. The tech they sent out the very next day was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They not only installed my mixing valve but all of my shower hardware.

I would highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Very unprofessional people. Would not recommend. Pulled up to a new build home and watched as one of their workers was tossing trash underneath their van (plate #KFR 7833) and then proceeded to talk bad about me in Spanish to the other coworker when I gave them a funny look for littering. I guess they assumed I didn't understand what they were saying. If this is the kind of people they hire I wouldn't want them in my home.

UPDATE: Mike, the owner of Lescon Plumbing, has REFUSED to stand by his labor warranty and is refusing to come fix the ongoing plumbing issues caused by his company-and damage has worsened after their own service calls. He called and tried to demand that I delete this review-welp, reviews reflect service 🤷‍♀️ If he would've fixed it the first 3x, this wouldn't be posted. SO BEWARE, the owner obviously lacks integrity, quality workmanship, and refuses to stand by his own labor warranty. When I spoke with him directly, he later explicitly stated he would NOT come out unless I left a good review, AND DEMANDED THAT I DELETE MY REVIEW. Sounds a lot like extortion! No decent person or company would have done such deplorable work or behaved like he did. Reviews reflect integrity and quality of work (or lack thereof). If you're bad, reviews are bad, so maybe he'll appreciate this updated review🤷‍♀️ Everyone beware, and avoid this company that takes advantage of people, scams them from money, and doesn't fix issues while causing further damage. Reviews reflect service- and it was in his hands to fix, yet he chose the low-road of laziness, dishonesty, extortion, and lack of integrity/quality work. He tried to blame the age of the house (a few years old) rather than take ownership of shoddy work for repeated service calls to the house to repair the same issues.
Mike - it's clear you don't stand behind your own labor. From what I've seen, I wouldn't stand behind it either. It's deplorable. Perhaps you'll understand that good reviews are given when good work and customer service is seen. You don't get to make demands here - Clean up your act; a grown man speaking like a child is unbecoming.

Update Again: he's called my relative AND my realtor, threatened them, and yet refused to hold himself accountable for his poor behavior and poor company. Disgusting behavior and unprofessional. I hope this serves to inform and warn others about this terrible person and poor company. Please stear clear!
(After others reached out to me, it's clear they've experienced similar behavior. It's also clear he's unethical, known for shoddy work, and demands good reviews prior to completing or doing actual work, in an attempt to maintain revenue.) Everyone watch out. We had to involve the BBB.

We are new-ish to Kingwood and found Lescon Plumbing. We had a stubbornly clogged toilet at our home that just wouldn’t budge—despite multiple attempts with a plunger, a borrowed snake from a neighbor, and even letting it sit for a day. With two small children in the house (and who knows what they may have put down there!), we were starting to feel desperate.

The plumber from Lescon showed up exactly when he said he would, and within minutes—literally minutes—the toilet was back to flushing perfectly. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. We’re so grateful for the quick and expert service, especially in a situation that was becoming increasingly stressful.

Thank you, Lescon Plumbing for coming to the rescue! You’ve definitely earned a permanent spot on our go-to list for home plumbing needs in Kingwood!

I had a complicated tankless water heater problem at my house. Lescon was not my first choice, but after using 2 other plumbing companies, Lescon was the only one that really fixed it! Lescon worked the problem to completion and got the work covered under warranty by Navien. A slight improvement - I had to stay on top of them to schedule the follow-up repair appointments, but I did not mind. Plus, everytime I called the office, I dealt with an actual person who would confirm the repair plan with their supervisor and the actual field service technician, which I greatly appreciated. I will use Lescon in the future.

I am so pleased with LesCon. They charge a flat fee for an hour of work rather than a price for each thing they do. I called for a pipe to be flushed since my ac overflowed and leaked into the first floor. I asked for a quote to fix it for good so it wouldn’t happen again expecting another couple of hundred dollars. He flushed the pipe as asked but also said he could fix the problem for $10. It was going to cost $150 for the service call for the pipe but was only $160 for the pipe AND fixing the problem so it doesn’t happen again.

Story too... after December 2022 freeze we got ourselves a water leak...
1. Simply Sprinkler (highly recommend) came out, not sprinkler and no charge!
2. City of Houston problem, city came out next day after reported and fixed meter valve leak and informed us leak by driveway was on our side.
3. LesCon came out to find leak, 2 gentleman tried to find but wasn't happening, we needed a leak detection specialist.
4. American Leak Detection arrived and found leak under our driveway, received report and scheduled fix
5. LesCon was able to send there crew, we called them the tunnel crew as they had to tunnel the underneath driveway to find and fix the leak!
With many experiencing water leaks due to freeze we are happy to say ours is fixed and hope everyone has good of a result, as we did in our 2.5WK process. Quality work at a fair and upfront price!

One employee stayed silent as the boss spoke and they had the jobe done in 30 minutes. QUALITY WORK, VALUE FOR OUR DOLLAR. We are all customers at some point in time during the day, Lescon Plumbing will always get our business.

Had a bad water leak destroying my sheetrock and rhe room were the leak was. If you ever need work done with this company as for KC. He is great at what he does and even went the extra mile to help me out. I give him a 5 out of 5! I would definitely use his services again!

I would caution allowing Lescon plumbing to complete any repair work. They came earlier this week to repair a shower handle that was leaning to the side.
When the guy left, the shower was dripping and the handle wasn’t right. He came back that day and it appeared to be fixed.
That night I tried to take a shower and it barely got warm.
They won’t come and fix the handle as I “voided the builder warranty” when I changed my shower head.
The handle may have been crooked when they started, but it least it got hot. In order to come get the water hot again, (like it was the day they arrived), they are charging a fee plus parts.

The plumbing repair service was reliable and professional. The technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair efficiently. Everything in my plumbing is now working properly, and the pricing was fair. The only minor issue was that the cleanup after the repair could have been a bit more thorough, but overall I’m satisfied and would use their service again.

Had an interaction with an older gentleman who drives truck number 33. He is rude and unprofessional, tells me everything I need to know about this company , would never do business

They were great. They came fast and that was very good
