Great plumbers and great customer service. I have known all these people for many years and they are all great people. The plumbers know what they are doing and get the job done right. The office staff is very good as well. I would definitely recommend using them over any plumbing company around.

Getting the home ready for sale; needed to move the water heater to a height of 18". Spoke to Angel and Bart - Frank and team came out the following week. All were prompt, professional and courteous throughout the process. Price quoted was what I paid. Would definitely use them again if I wasn't moving across the country. Highly recommended!!!

This company installed my kitchen sink poorly without the gaskets that came with faucet. Contacted manufacturer what gaskets came with product, they were not same on part of install. 5 months later, kitchen faucet leaked. With time, it can be seen there was water dripping underneath sink rotting under cabinet base. my husband and I inspected where leak was coming from.
It was found that the GASKET from the faucet was never put in at all . All the supplies that were used were plastic and some not found installed. Attempted to call them they wanted to charge 125 dollars just to see why the sink was leaking even though they knew it was their fault. If done properly 1st time with pride in the work, their wouldn't be a need for warranty on work forever.

LesCon replaced all my old pipes with Pex about a year ago. They did a great job but never thought about leaving a review until the Big Freeze. No leaks. No Busted pipes. I’m so grateful that they did such a good job. Really saved me a lot of headaches.

Repeated promises of estimate related to Hurricane Beryl & fema needing plumbing estimate. When two no shows. I called and was told. WE ain't coming if it's related to fema & Hurricane Beryl. If this review makes it to any public forum, WITHOUT LesCon deleting it. I'll be a AMAZED

Hello! Les Con Plumbing was fantastic. I needed work done in two bathrooms. The plumber was able to get everything done in a timely manner and was very professional. The rate was also reasonable. I will be calling Les Con Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks! Renee

Overall, good service and they're focused on long term fixes.

Instead of installing a normal p-trap that has threading on both sides for easy access to clean out the trap, they hard piped it to prevent leaks over time. I can't say I'm a fan of them doing it that way, but I can see the logic.

After emailing the installer (email & phone was on a sticker he put on the pipe), he responded to let me know why it was installed that way.

Last thing you want to see when you leave the house in the morning is water pouring out of your service line going to the house.... called up Lescon and even though they were busy they (Angel) managed to fit in an appointment in the afternoon. The service guy (Duke) called me to let me know they were on their way, and the repair was completed and the water back on within a couple of hours.... excellent job guys!!!!

We had 2 sets of plumbers to complete our hot water tank issues. The first set came diagnosed the problem & resolved the problem for the moment. A special part needed was not on their truck. The next day the second set of plumbers came. Problem solved. Both sets very friendly & kind. Knew their job. Didn't leave until all was complete. Great job!!

My house is brand new and I moved in May 1st. Friday July 23rd I called because my hot water heater needs to be repaired. Im assuming the bad service I received is because everything is still under warranty. The lady said we will have someone come between 8am-12pm the next day (Saturday the 24th). After waiting ALL DAY and 4 phone calls later with no one being able to tell me if a plumber had the service request for my home, the plumber called saying he just received our service request at 6pm. However I was not available to have him come service my house. He was so understanding and said he would have the office reschedule for Monday. I called the office shortly after to request the lasted time for Monday because no one would be home until 6pm which they did.

Monday the 26th, 6:45pm came and went no plumber, 7:45pm came and went, then 8:45pm. We got a called at 9:30pm from the plumber saying he was sorry he was stuck on another service and he was 20 minutes away. (I understand the job takes time) He told us that the job would take 45 minutes to and hour if I wanted him to still come. I asked to reschedule.

I called this morning to reschedule for possibly a Saturday and was met with so much hostility from the guy who answered the phone. He had told me he had already talk to someone (my boyfriend) in regards to my service and it was our fault with the confusion/ miscommunication. I told him our work schedule and said Saturdays work best for our schedules. He said the best I can do is Tuesday between 8am-12pm which I said doesn't work because no one is home. I was then told he didn't know how to help me or want to help because I refused to let the plumber enter my home at 10pm. According to him I don't want my hot water heater fixed bad enough. This guy was a complete jerk which is a nice way to put it.

Lescon arrived within the time frame they said they would. Roberto was very knowledgeable and professional. He installed parts on my water heated that I had bought. Turned everything on and he spotted a problem. The burner assembly I had bought was missing an orifice and gas was coming out why too fast. Roberto then looked at the old burner assy and was able to use that orifice. Within an hour form when he showed up we had hot water. Thanks again Lescon. I would highly recommend Lescon for all your plumbing needs!!!!!!

Looks like I found myself a new Plumber. Story time! I came home around 11am and noticed a small river of water coming from my neighbors driveway and didn't think much of it because he has a sprinkler system in his yard and regularly gets them serviced. This keeps his yard looking immaculate! I leave to do some shopping and receive a phone call from my son around 1:30pm who informs me that the neighbor is standing in our front yard with the MUD workers staring at the water main in the ground that is now spewing white water rapids style. Impressive. Upon arrival I learn that the main has broken on both our sides and will need to be turned off. Agreed. The breaks were on the residential side so we will need to get the repairs done and pay out of our own pockets. No Plumbers were available for an E-Job until the following day around noon. Bleh. After a few more phone calls we get a Plumber who could come out within 20 mins! Yay! He shows up and tells us exactly what needs to be done, gives us a quote of $2,200 and then says that he can't do it until tomorrow. Charges me $50 for his 3 minute visit. Highway robbery. My neighbor suggests his personal Plumber (Lescon) who has been there for him for 15 years. That's loyalty! I agree and wait until the morning after. The Lescon Plumber shows up on time, gets right to work (1.5hrs) and charges us $250 total for the job. Yes, you read that right. $250!!! For the same job. THE. SAME. JOB. So, yeah, I found myself a new Plumber.

LesCon Plumbing was the plumbing contractor on our home that we built 4 years ago. They did an outstanding job. They were very professional. Always came to our home immediately if we had any questions! I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

In the past, we have used other plumbing companies. LesCon surpasses them in all areas. Lescon is the best! Our water meter valve was installed improperly by the builder. We could not get the valve to turn off. Lescon was able to fix it. We have had toilets put in, faucets installed, and a pot filler added to our kitchen and Lescon did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend this company.

The plumbers who cam to our home were: on time; polite; respectful of our home; experienced; well mannered; specific in what needed to be done and how they would accomplish the service call. When they were finished, their work area was completely cleaned up. We have are confident in providing a 5 star review.

Have been using Lescon Plumbing near Kingwood for around 2 years now and their customer service has always been great, with reasonable quotes for parts and labor. Recently, the tank on my water heater ruptured and I required assistance with the replacement, so I contacted Lescon again to help me with the replacement. I explained to the female receptionist that I had already purchased a new water heater, and all I needed was a plumber to help me with hooking up the gas lines because I don't mind paying to be sure with gas and fire. The female receptionist told me $825 is the standard price she was told to quote for water heater replacement, which seemed to me unreasonable considering my previously described service needs. Now, I realize that she likely has no authority to haggle service prices over the phone, and I wasn't intending to, but this female receptionist became rather hostile when I began to question the nature of her $825 quote, and only became more irritated to the point that I called out her attention to customer service, and she told me to get another plumber. Now, I appreciate the willingness to take my call and consider my business, but I'm not paying that receptionist's salary, and will likewise suffer no loss by taking my business elsewhere for now and in the future.

It doesn't get any better than my experience today!
I just had a small plumbing repair done by the guys from LesCon Plumbing and am very satisfied. I called yesterday they scheduled for today 8-12 and called 30 minutes before arriving at 10:15. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the broken pipe and gave me information on how in the future to lesson my chances of this happening during a freeze. They were also affordable and rebuilt my confidence in plumbers (ones I have never used before). I am so happy that I was referred to them. I sell real estate so its always good to have a plumber I can refer with confidence...need a plumber? Give them a call and you'll be happy too!

I originally asked to have someone come out with an auger and camera and the technician showed up with only an auger. I had another plumber come out before and they couldn’t clear it and didn’t have a camera, they didn’t charge me for the visit. He couldn’t clear the pipe and said only the supervisors carry cameras and the supervisor didn’t want to leave the office. I had to waste more time from work the next day for the supervisor to bring the camera out and they gave me a wrong diagnosis of a collapsed pipe. Called Roto Rooter a couple days later and they were able to clear the clog within 15 minutes. The office staff was rude when I refused to pay for the service call that fixed nothing even though I agreed to pay the exorbitant fee for running the camera. Poor customer service for sure.

We have had LesCon out many times for everything from maintenance to repairs. We recently had them disconnect and remove our old water softener and will have them back out soon to install a whole house filter. The plumbers are always professional and very knowledgeable! Great plumbing company!
