Scotty's plumbing replaced my water heater tank a few years back. It's time for a new heater. Upon calling for them to schedule service, the lady that answer the phone was unprofessional, not motivated to assist nor earn my my business again. No business should answer the phone by saying "Hello"....they should identify themselves as a business or at least a name. She made no effort to even ask what was wrong or my plumbing needs. Why does Scotty's have no reviews? I went with JARED's plumbing, it was night and day just on the call alone.

Scottys plumbing installed a tankless water heater in my parents house several years ago. They went to sell the house this year and the home inspector observed that the vent was installed by Scottys incorrectly causing potential for carbon monoxide to release into the house. We've contacted Scottys hoping they would remedy the issue. They were initially responsive and scheduled an appointment to take a look at the issue. As soon as they realized the appointment was to correct a potentially deadly issue that they had previously installed they became unresponsive. These guys are dangerous, unresponsive, and unprofessional.

10 out of 10. Professional plumber with obvious years of experience. Versatile and vast knowledge that shows. Accomplishes work with a sense of urgency regardless of the quoted timeline. Does not take shortcuts and only puts out the best work around. Small or big jobs be sure to call GP Plumbing. You will not be dissatisfied. Best around hands down.

From RC in Kingwood, TX - I had a major leak in my main line water intake to my house. Gjin was exceptional and he gave a fair estimate and advice. Upon agreement the crew dug the pipe, found the major leak and replaced and corrected the entire thing. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the result. He did this regardless of the fact that there was a holiday weekend coming. He also worked with me to determine the best format to follow and was open to suggestion where applicable. We called GP Plumbing after reading really positive reviews because I accidentally broke off the control valve to our cold water trying to replace the faucet during a mini revamp of our half bath. I called at 4pm on New Years Eve and Gjin (the owner) was out to fix the problem within thirty minutes. He’s actually been out again to work on some non-emergency plumbing work in the house. Gjin runs an honest and fair business. He doesn’t try to nickel and dime you like some contractors. We’ve already recommended him to our friends and family. Call Gjin and I promise you’ll have a plumber for life.

Gjin is very knowledgeable and fixed my problem with ease. He was very helpful with showing me the problem and explaining how it needed to be fixed. He had the parts on hand and completed the repairs within an hour. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great customer service, excellent workmanship..

Gjin was so helpful! We discovered a gas leak at our home from a outdoor pipe and GP plumbing was able to come out same day, complete the diagnostic, get parts and complete the repair. Also educated us on the issue with the original pipe.

Gjin called me wither an hour of requesting an appointment for my hot water heater, which is in the attic. We scheduled the t8me and he was here just as we agreed on. He assessed the problem and gave me full details and showed me pictures ( the water heater was 22 years old ) he replace the water heater, the pan, new on and off valve and did the necessary repairs to bring it up to code and at a very reasonable cost. I can’t thank you enough Gjin.

We are so glad we found Gjin! He’s a very experienced plumber. He’s also responsive, fast, straightforward, and friendly. Unfortunately we hired a plumber before Gjin from a 3rd party company that was a complete fraud. They not only overcharged us, but also did the job wrong, which led to a water leak from our 2nd floor to our first floor. When the other plumber stopped responding, we did some research and found Gjin and are so grateful he came quickly, figured out the problem, and fixed the issue. He educated us on what went wrong and resolved the leak at a very reasonable cost. We wish we found Gjin before we went through the previous ordeal but now we’re not going back. He’s our plumber and we highly recommend him for any plumbing jobs/issues/fixes. He’s also a local business that we look forward to supporting. Thanks, Gjin!!

Gjin saved the day! I broke my outside hose pipe and had the water off. I needed to get it fixed today so my wife could take a bath. He showed up and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. He was quick and was beyond affordable. I will be referring anybody I know to this great guy and I will be using him for any future plumbing issues I have. I cannot recommend him enough!

Gjin was very knowledgeable, thorough, always on time, and has very fair prices for someone of his experience. He took the time to explain the issue and didn't try and up-sell us. Because of this, we also had him come back to install a generator hook up on our natural gas line.

Highly recommended! Gave me a 2 hour window on Saturday, text me about 30 minutes before arrival and got promptly to work on the plumbing issues we were having. Mr. Gjin is such an amazing and pleasant person to encounter. His nice, kind and funny personality was enjoyable. I would recommend him to anyone who's need of a plumber.
