Excellent experience with JEB Construction. Professional, dependable, and top-quality work. They exceeded expectations and delivered exactly what was promised. Highly recommend!

My husband and I are very happy with Juan I believe he’s the owner. He stayed on schedule and communicated clearly throughout the process. He mentioned that he does all kind of home renovations , definitely keeping him in mind for future remodels.

I am a General Contractor in the area;

Juan does an amazing job every time i hire him for my jobs. He responds quickly, and everything is done correctly, efficiently, and at a fair price

I have been using Juan and his Crew for any repair work or construction for quite a while. He has always been engaged in making sure you are fully satisfied with his or his team’s work. I found if I had the slightest concern on how a repair was done, he made sure by making adjustments to the job or repair that I was completely satisfied. Juan’s biggest contribution to my home and comfort was an extended patio. I absolutely love his work.

Great company

You guys need better drivers , one cut me off this morning. I’m glad I got quick reflexes or else things would’ve been bad.

We hired 448 Developments for our kitchen remodel and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Moe and Ro were easy to communicate with from day one, and their crew showed up on time every single day. If you’ve hired contractors before, you know that’s not always a given.

The project was finished on schedule, the quote was fair and competitive, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. These are guys you can actually trust in your home, and that goes a long way.

Would absolutely recommend them for a kitchen remodel or any home remodeling project. 448 Developments will be our first call next time.

I recently worked with 448 Developments on my home after moving in, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Moe and his team did an outstanding job with the painting, flooring, and bathroom updates. Everything came out clean, modern, and exactly how I wanted it.

Moe was professional, easy to communicate with, and stayed on top of every detail throughout the project. The work was completed on time and at a very fair price compared to others I looked at.

If you’re looking for a reliable contractor who actually delivers quality work, I highly recommend 448 Developments. I’ll definitely be using Moe again for future projects.

I worked with Moe from 448 Developments. I recently purchased a home in DFW, and the property needed some work. I received a free estimate the same day and Moe called me and walked me through the process. I needed some flooring work, 2 remodeled bathrooms and a complete kitchen remodel. After bidding out the work to several contractors, 448 seemed the most efficient for the price. A few weeks later, when Moe said we were ahead of schedule and the work was almost complete, I was worried the project was rushed - I was SO relieved walking through the bathrooms and kitchen, exactly how Moe and I discussed it to look like. I am so thankful I used 448. I am now moved in to the perfect home! Some times it is not about the price, I just wanted it done correctly. 448 accomplished both - quality and price. Highly recommend!

Moe and his team remodeled my kitchen and bathrooms. It came out great!! They are responsive also

Had a great experience with 448 Developments. They did an amazing job on my bathroom and flooring remodel. Everything came out clean, modern, and exactly how I wanted it. The team was professional, showed up on time, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality remodeling.

I had a full home remodel completed by 448 Developments, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. I worked directly with Ro Mathew, who was professional, responsive, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand, kept communication clear, and ensured the project stayed on track. The quality of work across every part of the remodel—from structural changes to the final finishes—was top-tier, and you can tell they truly care about doing things the right way.

What really sets them apart is how they handle everything behind the scenes. The crew was reliable, respectful, and kept the job site clean, and any challenges that came up were handled quickly and professionally without slowing the project down. If you’re considering a full remodel and want a team that delivers high-quality results with no stress, 448 Developments is the company to go with.

Had an amazing experience working with Ro and 448 Developments team- they came out the same day i contacted them to walk the property and provided a timely quote. They completed the flooring and bathroom + Kitchen remodeling in record time and also completed stucco work for my exteriors. They helped source materials at discounted rates and gave timely updates in the form of pictures and also helped me get permits needed for the remodeling. All in all they are a one-stop shop that made the remodeling process easy and possible in the most cost effective and efficient manner! Highly highly recommend 448 Developments!

While looking through companies to help remodel my house I came across 488developments, and I couldn’t be happier. The very well run crew did expert and efficient work, while also allowing me to preview the work with advance rendering. My master bedroom and bath both came out amazing thanks to the help from the crew leader helping me choose the right material and really brought my home back to life. Will be using these guys for all future home remodel projects.

Had a fire at my property. These guys said they could get it fixed fast. They weren't lying. After the building permit was issued they had me moved back in under 3 months. Gave me a bunch of upgrades too! Couldn't be happier.

Ro and the team at 448 Developments did a phenomenal job on some renovation work that we needed. Very reasonably priced and top tier quality. They were in constant communication with me, showed up on time, and completed the work ahead of schedule.

Overall we are very happy with the outcome and have zero hesitation recommending the 448 team with renovation needs.

I had a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home that needed a full gut remodel after dealing with multiple shady contractors who left the place in worse condition than when they started. It was honestly a stressful situation until I found Ro and his team.

From the moment they stepped in, everything changed. They were professional, transparent, and incredibly skilled. They came in, assessed the damage properly, and executed the entire remodel with precision and attention to detail. You can tell they truly care about their work and take pride in doing things the right way.

What really stood out was not just the quality, but also how affordable they were compared to others especially considering the level of craftsmanship they delivered. They turned a frustrating situation into something I’m genuinely proud of.

There’s honestly no one else I’d trust after this experience. If you’re looking for a team that gets it done right the first time, Ro and his crew are the ones.
