Constraction reviews in Irving, Texas

I had a really great experience with 448 Developments. My home was hit by a pretty bad hailstorm, and Mo came out and gave me a free estimate. We ended up agreeing on a price, and he helped take care of everything from start to finish. He even worked with my insurance to get my roof covered, along with the gutters, some window seals, and part of my fence that was damaged.

I got a few other estimates based on what he pointed out, and his pricing was the best. Him and his crew came in, worked efficiently, and were very flexible throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a smooth experience and everything turned out great. I’d definitely recommend 448 Developments to anyone in the DFW area.

We recently hired this company for a full home remodel, and the results exceeded our expectations. The team was punctual, detail-oriented, and communicated with us throughout the entire process. The quality of work speaks for itself, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.

We had a busted pipe in our town home that was leaking through the roof. We called 448 Developments and they were amazing. Moe arrived pretty quick after we called and was awesome to work with. He walked me through what they found, showed me the camera footage and walked me through exactly what they needed to do and then they got it done! Very appreciative of Moe and 448 Developments and would highly recommend them!

We hired this company to handle all the tile work throughout our home, and they did an incredible job from start to finish. Ro and his teams attention to detail really stood out, and everything was installed perfectly. They were professional, on time, and kept us updated every step of the way.

The final result completely transformed our space, and you can tell they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do any kind of remodeling in their home—you won’t be disappointed.

I had a great experience working with 448 Developments. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and detail-oriented. The quality of their work really stood out—everything was completed with precision and care, especially the tile work, which came out beautifully. They communicated well throughout the process and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled remodeling company.

I needed to touch up work done in order to place my house on the market. The team at 448 developments came provided me a quote and a time frame when everything would be done. The day of the remodel, they were on time, handled my things with care and was fairly prices. I will be using them for all my remodel needs

Reliable, punctual and over everything delivers on his scope.

Easy to work with! Trust worthy and great with communication!

I had the pleasure of working with 488 Development on a recent home project, and I can honestly say Moe and his team did not disappoint. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

After I contacted them, Moe came out quickly, assessed the space, provided a fair bid, and gave me a clear timeline for the project. Not only did they meet expectations, but they actually finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge bonus.

The scope of work was pretty extensive. They demolished 6 closets, painted two of my closets along with the ceilings, installed 7 bidets throughout my bathrooms, replaced 2 shower heads with upgraded systems, replaced a sink, added multiple electrical outlets in two main closets, turned my attic into a functional storage room, and completed touch-up work throughout the house.

For about five days, my home was definitely a construction zone, but what impressed me most was how respectful and careful the team was with my space. They protected everything so well and cleaned up so thoroughly that when the job was finished, it honestly looked like no one had even been there.

One thing that really stood out to me was Moe’s attention to detail and honesty. While working on the attic, he suggested upgrading the wood flooring to something smoother, sturdier, and better for protecting stored items. I’m so glad I took his advice because it made a huge difference.

Another thing I appreciated was the transparency. The final bill was exactly what I was quoted — no surprises, no hidden costs.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Moe and his team were professional, efficient, respectful, and did excellent work. I will absolutely be using 488 Development again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work done right.

After a bad experience with other General contractors a friend of mine’s recommended me A&C Construction and Mr. Jose helped me a lot with good ideas to keep my project on budget. We hired Ziggys General Contracting LLC for a 6,000 sq. ft. commercial renovation, and they went above and beyond to deliver outstanding results. Matthew, Shawn, and Grace were incredible—professional, communicative, and problem-solvers through and through.

This project wasn’t without its challenges—unexpected structural issues, supply chain delays, and tight deadlines—but the Ziggys team handled everything with expertise and a solutions-driven mindset. They found creative ways to keep the project on track, sourced hard-to-find materials, and adjusted schedules without compromising quality. Their ability to navigate obstacles while keeping me informed made the entire process seamless.

The final renovation exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was top-tier, and the space is now modern, functional, and built to last. If you need a contractor who can tackle complex projects with professionalism and precision, Ziggys General Contracting LLC is the one to call!

Ziggys General Contracting LLC was amazing for the tenant finish-out project on my commercial property, transforming it into a designer facility and they absolutely nailed it! From start to finish, the ZGC team was always professional, transparent, and solution driven. They worked their tails off!!

They built nine offices, a breakroom, and two ADA-compliant bathrooms, along with custom built workspaces for designer clothing crafting, packaging, and distribution. They handled every aspect seamlessly, overcoming logistical challenges and ensuring everything was up to code. Their attention to detail was impeccable, and the craftsmanship was also very nice.

Despite the complexity, they kept the project on schedule and within our budget, providing regular updates to keep us informed in real time and worked efficiently to deliver exactly what we had envisioned. The end result is a functional, high quality space that perfectly suits our business needs. I would recommend Ziggys General Contracting LLC for any commercial construction project 100%! you won’t find a more reliable and skilled team!

We hired Ziggys General Contracting for a commercial renovation, and they absolutely delivered above and beyond our expectations. One situation that really stood out was when we ran into an unexpected issue with the existing plumbing. When the team opened up the walls, they discovered outdated and improperly installed pipes that weren’t up to code. This could have caused major delays and added a significant cost to the project.

Instead of just handing us a pricey change order like some contractors do, Matt and his team immediately assessed the situation and came up with a cost-effective and time-saving solution. They worked closely with a trusted plumber to reroute the lines efficiently, avoiding unnecessary demolition and minimizing extra material costs. Not only did they get the problem solved in record time, but they also kept the project on schedule without compromising quality.

Throughout the entire process, communication was excellent. They kept us informed of our options, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood the best path forward. Their ability to problem-solve on the spot while keeping the budget in check was truly impressive.

The final result was outstanding—everything was up to code, looked seamless, and you’d never know there had been an issue in the first place. If you need a contractor who can think fast, work efficiently, and still deliver top-notch quality, Ziggys General Contracting is the company to call. Highly recommend!
