Spencer AC sent out Ben to my home to do the periodic maintenance on my HVAC units today. Ben did an incredible job. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise is top notch. Not only did he meet my expectations by properly performing the maintenance required, but he also exceeded my expectations by taking the time to give me several tips and recommendations for ensuring my units are operating at peak performance!

I am renting an older home and half of our upstairs was not cooling with our AC. Our landlord hired Spencer AC to do an analysis on our system and they said nothing was wrong and I needed to change out our filters (which had been changed out 2 weeks prior). They came TWICE and told me nothing was wrong both times. I noticed some black mold in one of our vents and hired a different company to clean the vents. In just 10 minutes they were able to tell me that one of our ac ducts wasn’t connected and we were air conditioning our attic instead of half of our upstairs from June-October. Also the system was not sealed so there was a large amount of dust and mold in our ducts because of this. How this was missed twice by Spencer AC is beyond me. Either incompetence or laziness or both. Will not be using this company again.

He didn't give me the runaround or try and sell me things I didn't need. Very honest and trustworthy individual. Spencer Air is a great company to have all your air conditioning/heating needs. They are fast and accurate to diagnose the problem and quick to fix it. David is an amazing technician that is respectful of what you say and informative on what the problem is and how to fix it.

I have been using Spencer Air for several years now, starting when I chose them for my new AC installation. Their offered package was the best all around, and installation was a breeze. For my peace of mind, I also have an annual maintenance plan with them. They have always been open, communicating on the status my system, not pushing add-on sales, and if making recommendations, then without pressure or deadlines. The service guys are super friendly and polite, and I appreciate that it's usually the same guy coming, and not changing from visit to visit. That makes it so much easier when I don't have to explain over and over the same instructions.

David arrived on time and ran diagnostics and quickly found the leak and verified my warranty status and provided options and I am optimistic and impressed with Reliant because of this first experience with Reliant.

The team at Reliant were really good! It started with a very honest and detailed diagnosis of the AC problem we were having (restricted evap coils) - thanks Abdul!

Then, Chrissie (sales rep) came and actually investigated our system (looked at the outside unit, got up in the attic, etc.) and gave me a few different options for how we could proceed. She described the whole system in a lot of detail so I could know what I'm getting, and she also found a way to help me save some money by keeping the existing furnace (which was working just fine and is a rock solid furnace - something no other company assessed for me!).

Finally, Jorge and Luis were really efficient, but also very detail oriented when they came and installed our new system. They communicated well, and showed me the work they were doing all along the way. Finally, they also ensured all their work was cleaned up afterwards, including the inside of my home was cleaned up of any insulation, drywall, etc. that had fallen during the ductwork. Details matter!

Organized and expedient service without any extra fees for same day appointment. Our friendly and courteous technician diagnosed the problem fast and informed us that the previous company's quote included ~$700 of unnecessary work out of a $960 bid. Definitely will be using Reliant again.

Danielle is an outstanding Tech. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She checked a couple of items that I had concerns about. Upon finishing the service she went over everything she had done, showed me pictures of readings and conditions and made recommendations for a couple of Maintenance issues I need to consider. She took time to explain everything everything to me and answer my questions. By far one of the most informative techs I have seen.

Danielle was absolutely amazing. Service was quick and efficient. She even took the time to change my filters and explained the importance of keeping them changed. I would definitely request her again.

Called Reliant Air at 8:03, Evan Ripic, their technician was here at 9:30. He is very knowledgeable and explained my problem immediately. My unit is under warranty and I feel confident Reliant technicians will replace it professionally and with speed. I purchased their maintenance service for twice a year.

I usually don’t give reviews but I was impressed with Connor. He is a very nice young man. He was professional, courteous and informative. He has a genuine smile and spoke highly of the company when I asked how long he has worked for Reliant. I definitely would like him to service my next maintenance.

Chrissy was wonderful. She got me in quick and went over all the options and prices for me. No pressure. The installation guys were professional. They even moved a very heavy window unit for me. They were careful to not let my dogs get out too. 100% would recommend

Christian and Bryan did a great job. They completely checked out our system including duct work and fixed any issues they found. They offered some recommendations and explained everything in detail. I really appreciate the above and beyond effort. They were very thorough.
