Recently started service with Blue Science Pools and could not be happier! Folks in the office were great to deal with when setting up the service and maintenance plan we are on now. Our technician Collin is doing a great job of keeping the pool clean and the water sparkling blue!

I am a new pool owner. I called a few companies to service my pool and I was blown away at the level of customer service and detail Blue Science Pools provided. They were so informative and helpful. Kenneth was very descriptive for my first service and made sure I knew everything involved with my appointment. This was one of the best experiences I have had with a company. Great service and very attentive. Conner has helped me to diagnose different equipment challenges and keep my pool on track throughout the summer months. Fair priced and very good communication (reports, pictures) an accountable when anything needs to be fixed or adjusted.

After looking all over for a pool company that could fix a leak in my pool, i finally found Blue Science Pools. most companies i called only wanted to handle big projects like new builds or full remodels, but these guys really listened to what i needed. dillon came out and really knew a lot about older pools like mine. he explained everything clearly, including what work needed to be done to reach the leak under my old skimmer. his assistant came by while i was at work, and after a few days, the leak was completely fixed and i had a brand new skimmer installed. my pool’s filtration system is now working better than ever! they didn’t ask for any money up front, and the price was very reasonable. i would definitely suggest them for any pool repairs, cleaning, or even resurfacing. really good service!

the team did an excellent job replacing the liner in our in-ground pool. our old liner had been put in wrong years ago and always had big wrinkles that made cleaning tough. we talked to a couple other places before, but one told us we'd have to wait a really long time, and another gave us a cheap quote but left out a bunch of important stuff. when Sebastian from Blue Science Pools came out, he took his time to measure everything carefully and explained our choices in a simple way. it was clear they knew their stuff and wanted to get it just right. now the new liner fits perfectly, looks amazing, and is super smooth—no more trapped dirt or messy wrinkles. we're really happy with the results and will keep using them for our pool service in the future!

Blue Science Pools recently re-plastered my pool and installed new coping. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and finished the work quickly, with excellent results. What really impressed me was the great customer service after everything was done. A small issue showed up later on, but Jorge and the team answered all my calls and made several trips to make sure everything was perfect. Instead of ignoring the problem, they took care of it and made sure I was happy. The prices were fair—not the lowest or the highest—but the quality definitely made it worth it. I highly recommend them for any pool repairs or service and will be calling them again in the future.

We’ve had a great experience with Blue Science overall (including their repairs department and customer service), but mainly because of the outstanding service and professionalism of our amazing technician, Jesse Plouffe.

Jesse has been doing weekly maintenance on our pool for about a year now, and he has been absolutely amazing. He always cleans the pool thoroughly and takes into consideration all of our feedback and requests. Jesse is also incredibly responsive. He kindly texts me back and answers any questions we have, every single time.

On several occasions, he even made two visits in one day to check on an issue that came up after his regular visit or to restart the system after it had to be turned off earlier. Jesse is a professional, dedicated, and thoughtful young man, and Blue Science should be proud to have him on their team. We really appreciat his work!

We had our pool cleaned, repaired, and resurfaced in Katy. Even though there were a few small delays, everything was handled smoothly and the results turned out better than we expected. Harold and Raymond were always professional, friendly, and worked hard to make sure our pool looked great. They even made sure to keep the area tidy and kept dust and debris under control. We’re very happy with the service from Blue Science Pools and would recommend them to anyone needing pool cleaning or repair.

Blue Science Pools claims to be a great family-owned business that is reliable and trustworthy. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite.

I signed up for weekly pool cleaning service with two weeks left in October and was given a prorated discount for the remaining weeks. The technician texted me upon arrival and mentioned adding algaecide. I specifically declined the service, but he later texted again saying he went ahead and added it anyway — and that there would be no additional charge.

The next day, I began receiving multiple calls — up to six per day — saying the company was unable to process a $199 charge and that I needed to update my payment information. When I contacted their accounting department, they claimed the charge was for a filter cleaning service that was never discussed or authorized. Shortly after, I received a past-due invoice for $146.53 — not the $199 they had mentioned — which turned out to be for the algaecide I was told would be free.

I immediately called and emailed the company, attaching the text messages from the technician showing there would be no charge and requesting cancellation of my service. Despite this, they never returned for the second week of service — which I had already paid for at signup. That visit was supposed to include pool brushing and chemical balancing.

This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing, especially as a brand-new customer who was told I was joining the “Blue Science Pools family.” I hope sharing this helps others looking for a reliable and ethical pool company make a more informed decision.

After searching for a while, i was really happy to finally find someone i could trust to take care of my pool. my skimmer had a big crack and needed to be replaced right away. ernest and his team did a quick and tidy job, keeping everything neat and explaining the whole process clearly. i highly recommend blue science pools for anyone needing pool repairs or service!

Steven Daniel has the best customer service. He has personally supervised my pool for the past few months and has stepped up to take care of every little detail to ensure my utmost satisfaction. He is kind, dependable and customer-oriented. He doesn’t just respond to questions - he is proactive and solves issues before they become one. If it wasn’t for him, I would have discontinued the service a few months ago when a now former employee didn’t keep my pool in check for a couple of weeks. He came out immediately, resolved the issue and has continued to check in with me every couple of weeks. When money is tight and you question whether a pool service is worth it, employees like Steven remind you that it is.

Blue Science has maintained my pool for the past couple of years. While the initial phase was a bit of a struggle, my current technician, Jorell, has completely changed my opinion of the company. He has noticeably improved the appearance of the water and increased the overall efficiency of the system. I’m grateful for his consistent, quality service.

We had a leak at our pool equipment. Blue Science came out and said they fixed it and charged us $250. The next day we still had a leak. They said we will come back next week. This was a Friday. They called Monday said they would come on Tuesday. On Tuesday afternoon we called and were told they would come Wednesday. They didn’t show up on Wednesday. A different guy finally showed up on Thursday and it turns out the leak was from our pump housing which he couldn’t fix so we had to get Pentair warranty involved. This company didn’t fix ANYTHING but still charged us $250 and wasted our time. There have to be better companies to use than these sorry people. Stay away!
