Our pool in Katy was showing its age and really needed a fresh, modern update. After hearing great things from other pool owners, we decided to go with a local pool service company. Wayne and his team started by draining the pool, then removed all the old tiles and replaced them with beautiful blue and gray-toned tiles, including special accent pieces under the fountains. We also added three mosaic turtles to the bottom of the pool, which turned out amazing. The crew repaired the pool sides where there were some hollow spots, which gave us peace of mind about the pool’s structure. We are so glad we decided to have this work done before any bigger issues came up. Next, they applied a sparkling 3-D plaster finish with blue glass and light blue and sand specs, which makes the water look absolutely stunning. Wayne also suggested adding a blue glass trim to the steps and the shelf, and it’s just beautiful—those extra touches really made a difference. The whole project took about three weeks, and everything was completed smoothly and right on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with how our pool looks now—it’s like having a brand new pool in our backyard, just in time for the hot Texas weather. This pool company is top-notch, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool renovation or service in Katy.

I had to fire my last pool cleaning company because the service was so bad and my pool was never clean. I called Blue Science and they immediately came out, talked about their services and although they were more expensive, I decided to chose them and see what happens. I made the BEST decision! Blue Science has been phenomenal! Every technician I've had has been great. The one I have now, Jennifer is AWESOME! She knows her pools!! Always polite and thourough and my pool sparkles and never turns green! She also gives me tips to maintain what I can do from my end to help out. She gives fantastic service!! I booked this company for dryer vent cleaning because my dryer was overheating. Not only did they fix that, but they also suggested an air duct cleaning to improve overall air quality. My house smells fresh, the air feels lighter, and my dryer is safe again.

Called to have them come clean my dryer vent. First they said they would come at 9-11am same day, never did. Then at 12 a man called saying the technician was finishing a house and will take 2 hours to complete. He said that I would get a call from the technician 30 minutes before he came to my house - I never got a call. Waste of time!

Sam, is kind also very punctual. He arrived just at the time he said. I liked how I felt no pressured by him and also I enjoyed how he explained everything in detail.

Sam came on time and he even waited 20 minutes for me to arrive. He was patient and polite. He did a great job on my carpets. He was ready to work right away. They have me a great deal for 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, stairs, and day room. I'm satisfied. Hire them and you won't regret it.

Started potty training my puppy and my carpets were smelling so bad cause of his many accidents 😭😭 Sam came and did his thing and left my carpet SPOTLESS and more importantly smelling FANTASTIC! I’m very pleased and definitely be using them in the future!

Absolutely baffling how they have 4.9 stars. Quoted $89 for living room and 2 bedrooms through FB with 10-11 arrival time; tech showed ~11:30 and quoted $225 for “chemicals”, size, and condition. Also tried upselling for pets. Tech finished cleaning ~1 pm. Not a 1 star because the carpets were slightly cleaner than originally.

Shirzai has done such a great job! Our dog pooped everywhere on the carpet…we thought we weren’t able to get all the stain and smell out but I can’t believe he was able to get it all out within less than 2 hours period! Amazing service and highly recommend!

Amazing customer service Sam had he let me know the process on how he would do everything, how much everything would cost and once I gave the go ahead he got to work he was in and out so quick he started around 12:30 and was don’t before 1, which was amazing because I have three rooms that carpets need shampooing. He was in and out, did his job and made it smell so good in the rooms.

Edit: Coming back to let it be known that two days after he left my house stunk so bad that I had to buy my own shampooer to get my house smelling the way it should. It was smelling like a sweat locker that’s the best I can describe it a men’s sweat locker, I also had a bad headache for a week because of whatever he sprayed in here. I paid $150 for nothing, I don’t like losing money and I would like a full refund because what I was told that would be used to have my house smelling good wasn’t used. I hope y'all see this and refund me. I’ve attached how it looks after he left and what the water looked like when I shampooed my carpet myself after doing all three of our carpets.
