Great customer service and great work! Sam did amazing at getting everything looking and smelling almost new. and the price is very fair for what you get.

We needed some routine maintenance on a few carpets but mainly had a rust stain in one of our rooms. It was causing a really bad smell and we could not get it up. Alex was very friendly and professional and was able to get up pretty much every little bit of it. The smell in our house is so much better. I highly recommend using them for your carpet cleanings. Price was very reasonable as well.

He did an excellent job. My daughter had a dark stain from shoe cleaner and he was able to apply a special treatment to remove it. It took him about an 1 1/2 hour to clean 4 bedrooms and my stairway.

All city steamed cleaned my house today they do a good job but he kept changing the price throughout the service, I feel is suspicious b/c I’m a women… then when he finished then he tells me dog odor is not guaranteed removal which is crazy to me but if u do not have pets I definitely would recommend…. They are quick to response they come out very quick and do there job quick…

My technician was Sam. He arrived earlier than expected which was great, he was very polite and respectful and did a great job!

Sam was a nice guy, very little English. As with any service, I verified price upon booking confirmation and upon the technicians arrival. Once the technician, sam, said additional $14 per room, I told him that was okay I didn’t need that. He proceeded to say $100 even. I told him I was price confirmed $89. He conveyed that plus tax makes it $100 but if I paid him in cash or Zelle he will not charge tax. He still charged me $100 anyways. I don’t have time to negate or go back and forth. It’s the principle and lack of morale that matters. If I had time I would’ve cancelled and went elsewhere. Be careful with this business, they advertise one thing and switch it up last minute, that’s not honest!

I contacted to have my porcelain tile floor cleaned. When the tech came I told him the black outline is marble and he shouldn't use harsh chems.He said he got it. I came out and saw that the tech did not adhere to my directions. I alerted him and he pot wax polish on the marble and the porcelain which left hard streaks. Today I realized that there even a deep scratch on the porcelain. This is honestly horrible service because as “professional “ technician who came on the site they should have known how to probable advice me on how to treat the marble even if it was going cause more. I spoke to manager and he was rude you I had already paid for the service and was not asking for a refund just an advice on how to proceed. There's deep scratches on the porcelain

Update:
The damaged they caused was alot is its causing me over thousands to rectify, they didn't use buffer as adverttosed for tile but used a carpet cleaner. I have even Scratches on the porcelain not only the marble. They also have shown no remorse or even try to rectify. They have false advertisement. Please be warn!!

Alex was great and went beyond our expectations. Our carpet had some rough stains and he got rid of them and we will definitely be using them again!
