The guy explained the difference between steam and deep cleaning. He was very kind and punctual. Deep cleaning was recommended for my carpet due to being stained. It wasn’t restored to its original color, but I can tell the carpet was cleaned.

Service was horrible. The guy did rush job on my carpet the carpet still had stains on it. I called them back for them to come & correct it but they refused to do so because he had already got paid. The carpet in my master bedroom was OK but it left a smell after drying. Everywhere else was not clean. BAD SERVICE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! !

All City Steam Clean (Sam) did an awesome job on my upstairs carpet and stairs. We sent my son off to college and realized after he was gone that he had every stain you could possibly imagine on his carpet. Sam was able to remove all the stains in his room, the high traffic hallway and our stairs. The price was fair and the service was great. I’m saving their information in my contacts for next time.

Alex was phenomenal! He provided same day service after my original company cancelled. While he was there we dropped a glass bottle in the kitchen and he cleaned it up for us. Amazing service and I will definitely use them again!

I contacted this company after seeing their ad on social media advertising 3 rooms for $89. I reached out to confirm the deal, and they explained that the price was $89 and up depending on carpet condition and room size—three medium rooms up to 135 sq. ft each. All three of my rooms were well within that range and in very good condition. No stains, not heavily soiled, no pre-treament needed just needed a basic professional cleaning for my lease move-out purposes. The technician was done within 30 mins.

First red flag: they use your water and then dump the dirty wastewater in your driveway. That is completely unacceptable and illegal. I will be contacting EPA to report this environmental violation. No professional company should be disposing of waste like that.

Next issue: if you pay with a card, there’s a $15 upcharge. If you use CashApp or Zelle, suddenly the price becomes $130. So let’s break down how a supposed $89 deal became $130. They charge an extra $14 per room for “chemicals” that are pre-made and should already be part of the service. It felt like nothing but a built-in upsell and misleading pricing tactic. I need my money back from my water usage.

To top it off, the whole experience felt really shady. When I started asking the technician questions about the added fees and the price jump, he just smiled like he already knew the ad was misleading and didn’t bother explaining anything. That alone told me everything I needed to know. I had to use them because I needed it done ASAP to complete my move out.

Overall, this company is a rip-off, unprofessional, and their advertising is completely misleading. I will NEVER use them again.

I messaged with Sam this morning at 7:30. We scheduled for about 1 PM. His schedule freed up and he was able to come to me at 10:30 AM. It’s now 11:54 AM and he has cleaned three rooms for me. He also cleaned my stairs and our main hallway. Everything looks terrific! And it was a great price for the deep cleaning! Really a happy about getting stains out of my high traffic area! The ducts looks clean and crisp. The great value for service was a cherry on top! I highly recommend his services for your air duct cleaning needs.
