I had a great experience with Bill Anderson Air. Last summer, I called to get a technician out to look at my AC. Instead of sending someone out to charge me for a basic repair, they gave me step by step instructions over the phone on how to do some basic maintenance to hold me over through that very hot summer.

This year, I needed a new AC unit installed, and of course Bill Anderson was the first company I called. They gave a reasonable price, sent techs out right away, and were amazing to deal with. The AC works great and I'm very happy to do business with them. I will be calling them for all of my AC needs in the future. I highly recommend them!

I had to replace my aircondition unit and looked on my neighborhood facebook group and got quotes from two ones that were highly recommended. I ended up using bill anderson air due a little to price as they were cheaper but they impressed me with their professionalism and knowledge. They did an amazing job and they are now my only aircon company. I highly recommend them.

I had Bill Anderson install a new unit recently. From the very beginning their communication was great, and they were always upfront and honest. I did not get the sense at all they were trying to upsell me, or push anything that wasn't absolutely necessary. During the installation process, an incident occurred where there was damage done to the attic door and attic stairs. I called the office and told them what happened. They sent out one of their contractors the same day to assess the situation. That same day, the contractor called back to schedule a repair. Without any hesitation or argument, Bill Anderson offered to cover the entire cost of the repair. The repairs were made and the work was outstanding. It wasn't just a "get me by" repair, and the quality of the work was obvious.

I highly recommend Bill Anderson Air. They will always be honest with you and their work speaks for itself. In the AC/HVAC business, the name brand of the products dont matter as much as the people who are installing it. Bill Anderson Air provides the highest quality installation around!

Called this company on 11/9 to set up an appointment. They were supposed to be here this morning (11/24/25) between 9am - noon. I called in the morning to confirm appointment. I was told I was second on list for the tech. No one showed up. No call. No follow-up.

I called Bill Anderson Air and spoke with Ronald who worked with me on setting an appointment for a routine A/C checkup as soon as practical, and I was thinking it would take at least a week or two for this to happen.

To my surprise I was able to make an appointment for the next day, and Ronald informed me that the technician would contact me before coming out to our home.

The next day Bradley contacted me before coming out to our home and he was on time as promised, very professional, provided thorough explanations of what he’d do during the 'Service Call' and took the time to answer all my questions.

Bill Anderson Air replaced our AC unit over a year ago. When this unit started failing they were able to fix it and they took the time to check if it was under warranty for parts and labor. Within two days the unit was fixed without cost to us.

Bill Anderson Air is the best! We got quotes from 5 places and their quote was very fair (in the middle of everyone’s quote) and Bill clearly had the most knowledge. Other AC guys even backed what he said but quoted far more.

They fixed our AC in the dead of summer quickly and perfectly. It’s been over a month since the fix and no issues at all. I highly recommend this business!!!

The rep came out to inspect our system and provided a reasonable price and delivery date. The crew that installed our new system was personable, professional and quick. I was surprised by how quickly they were through. Before they left they provided information on warranty and explained we did not need to register the equipment as they would take care of that. All was received as they explained. A most positive experience.

This is an amazing HVAC service company that has served the Katy Area for a very long time. The service team is honest, punctual and extremely well versed. They come across as genuine and will take care of your equipment and make good recommendations for any repairs.

Bill Anderson Air just replaced my AC (in the attic and outside). I have been with them for 7-8 years and they are wonderful. Everyone who comes to the house is knowledgeable and helpful! Rather than sell me exactly what I have, they took the time to remember my past service calls and our unique situation, and make a recommendation which I believe solved two problems!!

We added a second unit to the master bedroom. A few years later I noticed the dryer had moisture and eventually mold. They recommended installing a smaller-ton unit since we not have the second unit. I don’t think I’m seeing an issue in the dryer!!

I have used Bill Anderson Air for the past 9 years to service my air conditioning and heat system. I have never had to worry about them trying to tell me that I needed something done that really didn't need to be done like other companies that I previously used. In July, my air-conditioner went out, and they came the next day and gave me an option that they could get it running but not sure how long it would last and gave me an estimate on how much a new system would cost. I went with the new system and Bradley did a quick fix on it to last the weekend and they came on Monday and installed it. They also took care of registering the new unit. I would recommend Bill Anderson Air in a heartbeat to anyone.

We just used Bill Anderson air to come out and look at our a/c unit, which had stopped working. Not surprisingly, it was time for our 18 year old unit to be replaced. They offered us multiple options, including an option to replace the unit and an option to replace the unit while fixing a coil sizing mismatch that had been original to the house. We went with the option to replace the unit and fix the mismatch, which will make our unit more effective and in line with modern standards. Throughout the process, from the first day we called, to the communication by the technicians, to the emailed quote, they were very responsive and helpful. We felt their prices were very fair, and they were able to get a new unit installed in a very timely manner. What we appreciated most, aside from their depth of knowledge and fair pricing, was their honesty and the fact that they didn't try to upsell us. They told us they could replace our furnace, but it wasn't necessary and wouldn't be a wise use of our funds. When we asked about a certain room in the house that doesn't cool quite as well, they told us about the layout of the duct work in the attic and said they could add another duct work line, but that we should see how the new a/c unit cools the house first before spending money on a change that might not end up being necessary. We truly appreciated their insight and communication, but also the fact that we felt they were honest in everything they told us and came from a place of truly caring about our needs rather than just trying to make extra sales. We would definitely use their services again!
