There is guy named Luis when he answer the phone yields at customers, he has bad attitude, also I purchased $$4000 on equipment ,they give me wrong ones twice the happen right on Friday , My customer got up set on me.I had bad customer service..

I heard it's a Great place for A/C Supply for business purposes. Plus there are other business types around.

Luis was rude and didn't let me finish a sentence before interrupting. Acted like my business wasn't needed or wanted

i live in katy so figured this is better than going to Roxburg location i arrived 11:30am to get a simple condenser fan motor in-out situation but no the place was already closed counter guy was still serving someone else but wouldn't open the door and clearly says it stays open till 12pm I mean come on a whole 30min left and u decide to close early just cuz u want to leave this is ridiculous now I can't even help my customer and you'd think being one of their customers with a whole account you'd get some type of help Roxburg location would of never tried this shit

Thach aka as Taylor is one of the most honest person ever. I've been with many licensed tech for commercial and residential and they all cheated my money and always end up having more problems arise. Taylor is extremely responsive and explains what needs to be fixed and why. Anytime we have an issue he shows up and sorts it out. On at least one occasion he has had to follow up to fix issues caused by other installers not doing things right. Taylor will make sure things are working as they should be.
