When we moved to Houston, we were not sure what Air Conditioning company we should choose. We saw that Bill Anderson Air was highly rated on Nextdoor, so we gave them a try. We have had good success using them. We have needed them twice. The technicians are helpful and explain what is needed. They were great to work us in recently when our air went out during the 100+ weather last month. We recommend them to anyone looking for good value, a warranty, and dependability.

I have used Bill Anderson Air for several years now and they have the best customer service hands down. I have talked with Liz and Ron many times regarding needs and appointments. They are both super friendly and very helpful - always. Bradley is a neighbor and the technician who consistently comes out to service our units when we have issues. He has the best attitude - despite working in triple digit temperatures - is very friendly and understanding. These guys are top notch!

I was looking for a small business HVAC company to do maintenance on my 18 year old unit so I could cultivate a relationship before I needed to replace my unit. Bill Anderson AC fit the bill perfectly. They were kind, informative and no pressure from the lady who spent lots of time answering my questions when I booked the appointment to the installation team that replaced my evaporator coil. They do not try to sell you components that are not needed. Everyone that works there is relative who has “ skin in the game”. So glad I was able to find them.

Great Company. Andrew came around today to fix a weird issue with our outside condenser. Solved the issue quickly and problem gone. Even identified the part was under warranty which I would not have known and replaced it for a fraction of the cost if he had not been absolutely honest. That is massive in my book, and they have a customer for life now. Thank you again.

Our neighbor referred us to Bill Anderson Air to diagnose a problem with one of our air conditioners. A Service Advisor came to our house and quickly identified the problem with the one A/C unit and further checked out the other A/C units. From that point on Bill Anderson Air provided outstanding and timely service at very reasonable cost. We could not have been more pleased with their work! Further Bill Anderson Air filed warranty papers with manufacturer and sent us completed manufacturer warrenty papers.

These guys are fantastic! After researching online, I realized that, despite working fine, my 23-year-old furnace might need replacing solely due to its age. Every other HVAC contractor confirmed my findings and recommended a replacement. However, when I spoke with Mike at Bill Anderson, he was the only one who took the time to investigate further. He ultimately advised that as long as my system was running well, there was no need to replace it. He explained that furnaces in the Southern region tend to last longer than those in the North and that he has seen similar units last 30 years or more with proper maintenance.
