Mr. Reliable did a great job and installed a new 3 ton AC system.

The guys were fast, friendly and professional. They were also clean and took care not to make a mess behind them.
Sergio did a great job communicating and providing pictures of the work needed, and came back after the job to take pictures and show the work done in the attic.
I would hire them again.

I got home to a broken AC at 7pm at night. I called to schedule an appointment for the next day and they sent a tech out immediatly! I got a huge discount because they had just been out a few days before and couldn't figure out what the problem was. No added fees and no extra service charge for the call. Excellent company that will have my business from now on!

Cris was awesome. Had an issue with the furnace not coming on. Called and got quick service especially with the weather change and all the possible other customers needing help. Cris came out and quickly diagnosed a need for a new control board. Ordered the board and replaced it as soon as it came in. Quick service, great communication, and extremely satisfied with the repair.

Omar and Stefan were great! Very “reliable” and detailed. We appreciate the maintenance of our HVAC system and the knowledge and expertise of the Mr. Reliable team! Highly recommend.

Excellent company, excellent service! They came out within an hour of me calling on a Sunday morning! The tech was kind, even taking his shoes off at the door as we liked. Told us what was wrong with the heater right away. Came back the next morning at 8am on a holiday and fixed everything within a couple hours. He worked quietly and efficiently and took the quite large older broken parts that he replaced with him so I did not have to discard them. I would very highly recommend this company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!! We were very impressed with them! 5 stars!!
