Our upstairs unit stopped cooling early Saturday morning. We called Mr. Reliable and couldn’t be happier with the service! They were efficient and professional and the unit was up and running again within an hour of arrival! 100% recommend!

Austin came by today for our second visit. Our drain line was clogged. Another excellent and super efficient service! He arrived early and quickly identified and resolved the issue. THANK YOU Mr. Reliable!!!

Adrian did a fantastic job for us in replacing fan blades on our condenser coils fan. He pursued the problem, found replacement fan blades, replaced them, cleaned the condenser coils, and tuned up the A/C system. Very professional and friendly. Great effort in making everything work properly for our A/C unit. Very happy with Mr. Reliable and highly recommend this company and Adrian!

Austin arrived at the promised time, quickly tested the indoor part of the unit and reported that all was well. Then, he tested the outside part of the unit and reported that it was also operating properly. Austin was polite and completely professional. He answered my questions clearly and in words I could understand. I hope he is the technician I get next time. I also appreciate that Mr Reliable has the scheduled follow up program. I don't have to find a qualified technician or remember to have an expensive piece of equipment maintained on a regular basis.

Diagnosed the issue and resolved it (at a very fair price plus a 5 year warranty) and replaced parts all by like 9pm.

We walked into an 82 degree house at 7 (with out 2 little ones who have rooms upstairs where it was hottest) after going to dinner this evening, and called 2 other companies whose earliest appointments were next-day before I found Mr. Reliable and saw their stellar reviews. They definitely lived up to their name and reputation.
We are so thankful for their swift and professional service, highly recommend!

Our AC stopped working overnight because of a lightning strike. Within 35 minutes of calling, Johnny showed up, quickly identified a faulty zoning board and replaced it. He then did a courtesy check on our refrigerant and found a leak in the coil. He topped us off with a full charge while submitting evidence off to Lennox. Amazing service, very professional, we couldn’t be more pleased.

Cristian was the biggest help. He’s very informative and honest. He explained the issues we were having, took photos, and explained to us how to be aware of and prevent the issues moving forward.
