Reaching out to the owner, I found him to be knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to everything about HVAC systems - installations and repairs. He is willing to listen and assess the problems experienced and make the best recommendations. Very experienced!

We came home to no A/C and a 92 degree home temp. We called Sat evening, and Edilberto asked a series of questions, to get an idea of our issue, and then communicated his ETA to us all within 10 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and he quickly identified the issue, and went to work and replaced the part needed(thank goodness he had it on hand). In less than a half hour our issue was fixed and my family and I could now have a cool comfortable nights sleep. Thx! We HIGHLY recommend Residential AC and Heating.

Extremely responsive, professional, and reliable. I called Eddie to work on my heater and within an hour he was in my house and minutes after that he found the problem, ordered the parts, brought them to my house, and had my system back in working conditions three hours after I placed the original call. In addition to that, he charged me considerably less money than others had quoted. I have and will continue to use Eddies for all my air conditioning and heater needs.

Had an issue with our heating system. This company was quick to reply and came out the next day to evaluate the situation. They were honest and straight forward with there findings and even took pictures of the problem. I highly recommend this company and will definitely contact them in the future for all and any heating and cooling needs. Thanks again, we have heat!

These guys are beyond great!!! Professional, timely and BEST PRICES anywhere. My only mistake was not calling them first. I spent too much time and money on folks who didn’t know what they were doing. I spent almost $2,000 for an Evaporator Coil that was installed incorrectly. The last company told me I needed a new condenser and that it would cost me another $2,000. These guys came in and diagnosed the problem within minutes and fixed it for a fraction of that cost. I would be a lot richer had I called them first! Lesson learned... they are my AC experts for life!

He did fantastic work on my old AC unit last Wednesday and I really appreciate his prices. Him and his son were very professional and polite. I even gave his number to my brother to call him for his AC

I have to craft my words carefully as this might help the next customer. ECi came out on time and they were professional. The technician spoke with much passion - which portrayed a false sense of experience. As a professional in my own field, I felt he was a subject matter expert in his area but I was mistaken. The technician hastily recommended me to purchase a new unit worth $3000.

I nursed the price for a while and decided to call another company, Air Express AC. The new company sent over a technician who came and figured out what my problem is - the capacitor. He quickly replaced the capacitor and my unit is up and running now. I would have thrown away $3000 to an ill-experienced technician.

I am giving ECi a two-star because of their timely approach and professionalism, however, they are not well experienced and thoroughbred. I gave the other company a 5-star, please go over there and read my review about them.

Thank you to Eddie and his team, my heater went out before the snow storm and his team was able to figure out the problem and get the job done quick and at a reasonable price! I highly recommend to anyone have problems!

Called them today about my AC needing a repair. They were prompt and came within 2 hours of calling. Although it was one of the hottest days today they were up in the attic making the repair with great service and knowledge. Thanks to the team that came our coil is now replaced and the AC is working excellent! Definitely recommended for their great service, professionalism, knowledge, and promptness. Edilberto and his crew were great, I needed my A/C system replaced and he was very informative and professional. They communicated in detail every step of the install, answered all my questions and concerns. The work was completed in a timely manner. I have recommended them to my family and friends so that tells you how pleased I was with the HVAC service provided by Residential AC & Heating.

Eddie answered on a Saturday and was quick and helpful. He quoted me over the phone for a diagnostic visit and was at my home within 30 minutes. He was kind and professional and quickly found the problem. Our AC was working again within 45 minutes and he charged a very reasonable price for the fix. He also shared that the business is open 24 hours a day.

I had a grounded compressor in one of my AC unit and I contacted him at 9:00 PM on a Sunday. Eddie sent a team the next morning at 7:00 AM. Despite the replacement compressor being hard to find (phased out), Eddie and his team were able to track it, and fix it the same day at a very reasonable price. His team is knowledgeable, communicative and very professional. These guys seem to know what they’re doing. I will go with them for any future repairs.

Residential A/C and Heating is awesome!! Eddie has worked on my unit several times. His team is great!! And he has fair costs compared to any others. I'm always happy with the service, repairs and prices!!

Don’t waste your time and money.

They came to work on the AC today at the dialysis clinic and tripped the breakers to the AC to work on of course. But they also cut the power to the auxiliary ports on the treatment floor, so I had no power for my oxygen machines for my patients. They did not place a sign on the breaker box to let anyone know there are working on the roof and tripped the power. I went to turn the power back on so my patients could have their O2 and use my computers to work. Well the boss came outside to harass me and tell me I could have killed one of his workers and yelled at me wouldn’t even let me tell him he cut the power to my patients medical devices and could have hurt someone. He should have put a work order sign up and asked us if everything was okay on the floor after cutting power, he could have killed a bunch of people on the floor if didn’t noticed that my patients O2 concentrators were not powered on cause other things run on that power too. Unprofessional

Bill Anderson Air is the Best of the Best! They are true professionals in their trade. They were quick to return our initial call, quick to send out a technician to look at our unit, and focused on the true issue instead of trying to sell us something we truly didn't need. Once the issue was identified, they had replaced the unit within a few hours and we were back in service with cool air. Just like the last time we used them, they registered our new unit with the manufacture's warranty and took care of that for us. Their focus on customer service with consistent communication and follow-up is impressive! This was our 3rd time to use Bill Anderson Air and they will continue to be our go-to for HVAC.

When my AC went out I received many quotes and most were ridiculously high. I was being sold crazy packages. I looked on Nextdoor and there were multiple positive reviews on Bill Anderson Air so I decided to give them a try. They sent someone out the same day to see what was wrong and turns out I didn’t have to replace everything the other places were telling me I had to. I not only saved money but also got really fast service. My new unit was installed the next day by a great team. Everyone I spoke to was amazing and would recommend to anyone who is looking for honest and hard working business.

We had been having ongoing problems with our upstairs a/c unit not cooling. We called Bill Anderson Air because they were highly recommended by numerous families in our neighborhood. They were able to quickly come out and assess our problem. Recognizing that our a/c unit would continue to have problems due to age and poor quality, we decided we would go ahead and replace the unit. Bill Anderson Air gave us a quote and we then obtained quotes from two companies. Bill Anderson’s quote was a tiny bit cheaper than the others but had the added benefit of a better warranty. We opted to go ahead with Bill Anderson Air and were scheduled to have the install done two days later. They arrived on time and were polite, professional and kept everything neat and tidy. They registered the new unit with the manufacturer and sent us the paperwork for our records. We are very please with Bill Anderson Air and would gladly use them again.

We have had various A/C companies in the past, but we will never use anyone other than Bill Anderson Air again! Our A/C unit died in the middle of summer right after we moved into our new house with a baby, and they managed to squeeze us in and come out the same day. We have used them for more than 3 years now, and we are never going back.

Every time this company sends people out, I am impressed with how friendly and professional they are. I never have to worry about them not showing up or being late, and they are remarkably efficient! One of my friends recommended them to me when we first moved here, and I am SO glad she did!

These guys have great reviews and they do decent work. However my experience last year has been awful. I was made to wait for months because they have bigger customers waiting, meaning they have full replacements in progress. I understand if it is for a couple of weeks but this lasted for months until the end of summer. Not using them anymore and found somebody else for all my needs and my rentals. Beware if you are calling them for AC repair and not replacement.
