I wanted to have one of my units checked out and get a bid to replace one unit. I seeked three bids. Ran all bids through ChatGPT and it compared unit types cost etc and the best value was Bill Anderson's bid. I agreed to replace the one AC unit in attic and outside. Installation was easy. Crew worked professionally and installation completed in one day. I went with the 2 stage system. While here they did recommend I change a heater on the other unit which is the original (home built in 1994). Gave me a good price so I got that done as well. After a few weeks I was so happy with the new AC that I proactively got a bid for our second AC unit. Note both units had been in service for about 15 years. When all said and done replaced two AC units with the 2 stage units, one new heater and two Ecobee thermostats which lets me control everything from my phone. I am satisfied and I truly got a good deal compared to others. I recommend BAA and suggest if replacing get three bids and run them through ChatGPT (AI) or Grok.
