Horrible company
First they recommended a unit bigger than what I already had. In two years the blower motor went out twice. They had to recharge the Freon twice. Who had them come so a six month maintenance and he had to charge up the Freon.When I asked the technician why he is having to recharge a two year old unit he side stepped the question and left as quick as he could . Two days later the outside unit caught on fire. I called and told the manager and once again asked about the Freon. He said he would have the guy check for a leak. The technician showed up and found a capacitor caught fire. He fixed it the next day and never checked for a leak.
I called another company to come check out the entire unit. They found that the fan speed was set for a 5 ton unit when it is only a 3 1/2 ton unit. They said that the unit was running double time trying to keep up with the pressure and that it was causing condensation in my attic. We have picks of wet boards around the AC unit.The technician that fixed the capacitor with what looks like duck taped wires and the Freon pressure was again low.bwe were quoted upwards of $7000 tho fix everything and find and repair the leak. The manager got very rude when I told him what another company found. We ended up getting another new unit from the other company as it was cheaper then fixing the one that air blue installed. Use this company at your own risk

Air Blue is incredible! My AC unit had a bad condenser, and instead of upselling, they suggested a repair. The team was professional and very honest about the costs involved. I saved money and had great service. They are the best in Houston!

get! Trane offered 0% for 60-months. We installed a 4-ton 16-SEER system. The whole job took less than 8 hours. The guys placed floor protection down and left my place COLD and spotless. My une bill was almost $350. My August bill with the new system was only $180!!!

Where to even start, for beginners, the salesman/manager/rep (he is all of the)made all these false promises. some how managed to open a credit account without my authority. Paper estimate said it would be a finance charge of 5.9 but when getting statement it shows 26.99, call all the numbers and still no answers. Job itself was done horrible, as seen on the pictures beams were removed without ever been replaced, the ceilings were damaged fans in rooms were pop out and again never fixed, all of the trash was left behind, bottles with workers urine were left as well.
