Always There Air is a top-notch HVAC company. Michael arrived early and went directly to work diagnosing my gas furnace. He found several issues with my 25-year old furnace preventing it from functioning properly. I decided to replace with a new furnace and Michael promptly began removing the old decrepit unit while the company owner (Caleb), sourced and delivered the new equipment (all this happening on the day before Thanksgiving). Michael and Caleb worked deep into the evening getting the new furnace installed and setup. Great work, outstanding service and reasonable pricing from this professional HVAC company. Would definitely use again.

When my compressor blew up one afternoon, not knowing who to call, I remembered my son‘s experience, he told me what great work they did. I called Always There Air at 6:30pm within 15 minutes of my call the owner Caleb showed up and explained everything. My new complete unit was up and running the very next day. The whole crew did a fantastic job, pulling out my old duck work which was 42 years old, they took pictures to show me how they were falling apart. They installed more energy efficient ones that would improve my utility cost. Caleb even offered to inter all my warranties for the new equipment. I would HIGHLY recommend Caleb and his great crew for your next A/C needs, whether a repair or a full install Always There Air is literally THERE when you need them.

I had three previous HVAC companies come out to service my central heat unit. I got three different quotes and three different problems. I called Always There Air. I was frantic, mad and almost in tears. My side of the conversation started out hostile, but by the time the owner finished talking to me, I had calmed down and he sent the best technician out to give me a free estimate. My problem was fixed at very reasonable price. I asked them about their yearly service contract. No pressure at all. I signed up.

Caleb, the owner and all the team I have met are always very respectful of my home. They wear booties when inside and knocking if they need to let me know anything.

They always take tons of photos to show any areas of concern to allow you to see exactly what they found and when fixed you will see all the areas of improvement. They are not high pressure and give you options for repair.

As usual Caleb and team are the go to’s for everything AC/Heater/Duct and vent work at both of my houses. They’ve done extensive new installs of Lennox units with filtration systems at both houses and were there today in under an hour to clean out the dryer vent of my rental. They’ve done extensive are super upfront on pricing and beat out the other places I was looking at when I got new units installed. Today they took care of cleaning out the dryer vent, which there are a ton of scams out there, in no time.

Always There Air has been an absolute lifesaver! We’re still under renovation and our old rinky dink HVAC unit was right in the way of our new back door, Caleb and his team, along with Petree Electrical Services came up with the perfect solution. They moved the unit to a much better location and handled all the new wiring with precision and care.

What really stood out was Caleb’s kindness and integrity. He was so generous in understanding that our unit is older and will eventually need to be replaced, but we just don’t have the funds right now considering everything else we’ve got going on. I really appreciated that he didn’t try to push us into buying a whole new system or make us feel like our job wasn’t worth his time.

Caleb is a true professional with passion and results that make him an easy choice when looking for a trusted HVAC technician. We had Caleb upgrade our HVAC system to a more efficient heat pump system a couple of months ago and he and his team did stellar work! Unfortunately, our old 50+ year-old ducting was not the right size and needed to be updated, too. It was a no-brainer to have Caleb install the new ducting and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! The old metal ducting was registering over 80 dB at the vent due to undersized and aging air ducts. Caleb installed all new ducting that provided more efficient airflow to our ranch-style home and more importantly, reduced the noise in half coming out of the vents. We no longer can hear a single sound when the system is on, which has already paid dividends to our sleep! This is the guy you want installing anything in your home- he’ll make sure it’s done right and on time. Thanks again for the peace of mind and for providing such amazing customer service! I now have an “HVAC guy” anytime my friends and colleagues ask!

Highly recommend Caleb and his team at Always There Air. After another company recommended full replacement Caleb had us back and running in only 20 mins and a couple hundred dollars later. For Flower Mound residents who are disappointed with service from a popular longtime local HVAC company who recently sold to another franchisee, Always There Air should be your new go-to!

I met Caleb when he worked for another company. I was impressed with his service so much that when I needed work on my heater I called him directly. I found out today that he now ownes his company. Caleb came out on (SUNDAY 1/26/26 WINTER STORM) and fixed worked on my heater. Caleb has always been very honest with me and does not try to up sale me on anything I do not need. My family and I trust Caleb and you can too.
My unit is 18 years old, when my unit is replaced Caleb will be doing the work.

I cannot say enough good things about Always There Air. Not only did Caleb walk me through troubleshooting over the phone, when a tech was warranted, he sent one who spent hours trying to get the best result. Mike was our tech, and he combed over every detail to make sure he wasn’t missing a thing. I highly recommend Always There Air for being honest, and not ‘throwing parts at problems’.
After a few poor experiences with other companies, and seeing the level of expertise applied on my job, I can confidently say they are top notch.

I contacted Always There Air due to my AC system not cooling properly. Michael and another technician arrived and performed the maintenance on the system. They discovered a problem with the air handler unit in the attic and explained the process of getting it repaired. They were able to pick up the parts that same day and made the repair that same day. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

Caleb, Abiel, & Michael are a wonderful crew! they are knowledgeable, thorough, honest, fair, & have a sense of urgency to help fix whatever your systems have going on. our old system gave out during the ice storm Jan 2026, causing a big issue with the cold, & forcing the decision for a new system on us. but Abiel came quickly and showed us our options, & on one of the COLDEST days Texas has seen in some time. they then installed it the next day, in the ice & snow, so my family could keep warm. anytime someone mentions HVAC issues, I will always recommend Caleb, the owner, & Always There Air!

We bought a house two years ago that had old air ducts that were falling apart and misconfigured to our AC unit. We got consultations from two other AC companies and went with Caleb at Always There Air. He was the most knowledgeable and gave us a great plan to re-configure the air ducts and added new ducts and vents throughout the house to increase the air flow. Caleb is very responsive and had great communication and they finished the job quickly. It’s a night and day difference with our air quality and air flow in our house. Highly recommend!!

10/10 review Caleb and his team are by far the best HVAC/AC installers I have ever had. Looking to get thermostat fixed (unit was 23 years old and in very bad shape). Caleb came by same day and his team finished the entire installation in 1 day. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend them
