The most professional contractors I’ve ever worked with.

It started when their tech, Abiel, came out to our house in October when our AC went out. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and why, but most impressively, he explained things to my wife the same way he explained them to me. In other words, he did not mansplain to her and he addressed us equally.

Even though the diagnosis was we needed a new system, (which we expected because it was an 18-year-old) Abiel got our AC back working temporarily in order to buy us some time before making a big financial commitment. Being that it was October, we thought we had about six months to get it replaced. Then our furnace started going out one week before the big ice storm in late January.

Over the previous few months, my wife and I did our homework by researching other companies and got bids from those companies. I will be honest, Always Their Air was not the cheapest. I spoke over the phone and via text with the company’s owner, Caleb, concerning other companies lower bids. Caleb was very thorough and transparent while explaining the differences in all of the bids. Caleb also explained all the extra little things they do that will save us money in the long run.

When all was said and done, we decided to go with Always Their Air because of their professionalism, transparency, and outstanding customer service. The install took only one day. The entire crew was very kind and professional. They even bought Girl Scout cookies from my daughter, which caused me to chuckle when I got home from work and saw the crew in my attic eating a box of Thin Mints.

Caleb came by the house several times throughout the day, including when the job was done to inspect the work and ensure my property was as clean as it was when crew arrived that morning.

I highly recommend this company.

The owner, Caleb, personally came out in September to do the initial survey and was incredibly patient while we took our time gathering multiple quotes. The craftsmanship truly stands out — no shortcuts, no surprises, just a beautifully installed system that is already making our home more comfortable, quieter, and energy-efficient.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines fair pricing, excellent communication, and expert installation, but Always There Air does exactly that. Caleb and his team have earned my trust, and I will absolutely continue using them for any HVAC needs in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about both Caleb and Michael. I had to replace my A/C units last year and they gave me a bid. I ended up going with a different company. However, this was strictly based on price. I did have some issues with the other companies install. However, these guys were nice enough to help me troubleshoot via text/calls. This really shows how much they care about the customer. I did get some other work done by them. They installed a dehumidifier in my attic since I have foam insulation. It is way more comfortable up there. They also did HEPA whole house filters and everything is great. If you’re looking for an honest company that truly puts the customer first this company is it. My next A/C install will definitely be from them regardless of price.

The installation of my mini-split unit in the garage was done flawlessly, and their attention to detail really stood out. I had a really great experience with Always There Air.

I called on a Sunday afternoon about an issue with my AC system, and Caleb answered right away—literally on the first ring. He took the time to ask a few good questions to understand what might be going on.

What impressed me most was what happened next.

Instead of immediately scheduling a paid HVAC service call, Caleb walked me through a couple simple things to check over the phone. Within just a few minutes, the issue was completely resolved.

The thing is, I didn’t call expecting free help—I just wanted the problem fixed and would have gladly paid for a service visit. But Caleb clearly cared more about helping solve the problem than making a quick sale, and that really stood out to me.

That kind of honesty and customer care is hard to find these days.

Because of that experience, Always There Air will absolutely be my first call the next time I have any AC or heating issue.

It’s been a really long week! Our AC unit bit the dust. My neighbor down the street has his own company, so Saturday I decided to take a pic of the truck with the phone# on it. The owner Caleb happened to be outside with his son and twin boys and I told him I would call Monday to make an appointment. He said nonsense, he sent one of his guys to my house within a couple hours. Caleb also came down and after checking it out thoroughly we discussed all my options. Mind you, my equipment is 17 years old and has been babied for 2 years to keep it running. The same day he sent me 5 estimates on units with a good explanation as to what each unit offered. I made my choice and he ordered all the equipment. We agreed to them coming Wednesday because I had already had my roof scheduled to be replaced Monday. Caleb gave us a portable AC unit to use until they came to replace our AC. He said I have two more if you need them. We were perfectly comfortable with the one he lent us. They showed up like clockwork on Wednesday. The old equipment was on its last leg. The pad our old unit was sitting on was all cockeyed. They took a sledge hammer to it, cleaned/leveled the area, and set the new pad and AC unit on it. They cleaned everything up exceptionally well. We absolutely love our new AC and everyone that had a hand in doing all the work. People in our neighborhood driving by stopped and said Always There Air and Caleb replaced their AC’s and they were extremely happy. A lot of them said they had 2 units, so I feel extremely fortunate I only have one. If you need AC work done, Caleb is the Owner and is the man to call. Super honest, great family, and quality work. You won’t be disappointed!

I cannot say enough good things about Always There Air. During the winter storm over the weekend, when most companies wouldn’t even answer the phone, Caleb Gilbert, the owner, was the only person who picked up my call — and that call was at midnight. That alone says a lot.

Caleb and his tech Abiel came out and were incredibly professional and honest. Abiel gave me solid advice, explaining that my unit was about 15 years old and on its last legs, and recommended replacement — but with zero pressure. Instead of pushing a top-of-the-line system, they suggested a unit comparable to what I had before, a Lennox 19 SEER, 3-ton system, which I really appreciated.

They came out to inspect the unit on Sunday and had the entire system fully replaced the very next day, even with the weather conditions. The install was clean, efficient, and clearly done with pride and attention to detail.

Outstanding customer service, honest recommendations, and top-quality work when it mattered most. I truly couldn’t recommend Always There Air enough.

Worst home depot i have ever been too bu far.... I checked out at self check out and all the registers shut down had to wait 15-20 minutes to get receipt, and after I got the receipt, it was to the wrong order.. so I can not return items... so im out $70.. worst customer service ever......

They are a great company to work with. Always helpful and fair. Jeremy and Gaye are always a ready to help with any needs and emergencies. Definitely recommend.

I give BNC a solid five stars. Clint is responsive, on time, professional, and honest. Absolutely will use again and have no hesitation referring others to him.

BNC air to my rescue! My ac was out from the night before. I reached out to BNC and they immediately came to the rescue! They had it diagnosed within minutes! They knew exactly what to look for, and what needed to be done to repair it! They picked up the part, and had it repaired within the hour!!

They are the experts!!

I am giving them a 1 star because there was no option for a ZERO. We had them come out to fix a leak in our AC and they charged OVER $500! They charged us on the invoice over $35 for the valve part. Its a schrader valve! That can be bought online for $2 RETAIL. If you mark up the price of your parts so outrageously, then you are not an honest business person. Over $200 for labor that took less than an hour, and then of course the charge for the Freon (but considering the overpriced valve I have NO TRUST that we were not screwed on that too). Sadly we were taken, but hopefully no one else will fall into the trap.

Your response is not honest. You DID NOT use Freon when you recharged our air-conditioner INSTEAD you used a cheaper alternative to "save us some money" however you failed to disclose that the reason it is cheaper is because it does not work half as well. Before you "fixed" it I could cool the house down to 65 at night and the AC would shut off and turn on only twice for an hour to maintain the temperature. NOW my ac has to run 24/7 and the coolest it has gotten since you "fixed" it is 72. AND my electric bills have jumped up to double because my KW usage is now more than double it was before you "fixed it". So to say that you recharged us with Freon is a blatant LIE. Now every month I spend an extra 250 because you said you were going to save me a hundred. You have a responsibility to your clients to inform them that if you are going to use a cheaper product, the reason it is cheaper is because it does not cool as well as Freon. I hope anyone reading this takes my advice and does business elsewhere.

Guys are prompt, reliable, and efficient. Have used this company on numerous occasions, two of which were when I was out of town and the air went out. They were willing to meet my neighbor for inspection, call me with quote, and complete the repair before I got home. I appreciate their honesty and efficiency. Oh, and the bookkeeper is wonderful! Invoicing, payment, and receipt can all be done online! Great company!

We have used BNC AIR for the past 7+ years. They have expertly completed a couple of repairs on the A/C over the years, and have been our HVAC Preventive Maintenance Company for the twice yearly (Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter) tune-ups, which keeps our HVAC system running top notch! Clint and Brandon know their stuff, are always professional and extremely reasonable on their prices. If you need HVAC work, this is the company!
