Once again they have completely satisfied us. We have owned our home for over 20 years. We used a different service provider years ago and our issue was not repaired after a few visits. We called BNC Air and they fixed the problem the first time. We have depended on them ever since and they have never disappointed us. This time it was our compressor in triple digit temps, but they were right there in the heat with us. We have had to call them out on weekends and in evenings and they are quick to respond with such a positive, friendly attitude. We trusted them to replace our unit while we were out of town and have called them out for our elderly neighbor. I don’t often give referrals as I know when something goes bad, it will reflect on me. In this case, I do and will continue to recommend BNC Air to anyone that needs service on their heating/cooling system. They care about the people and homes they service.

I used BNC air earlier this year when my a/c wasn’t cooling like it should. Brandon was very quick to respond, came out the same day and fixed the problem with just a little bit of maintenance work.
I just had to call on them again because the house was heating properly. Brandon returned my call quickly, had me do some trouble shooting in order to save me s service call, and it worked! I’ll definitely use them for all of my HVAC needs in the future

Clint was able to diagnose and correct an issue we had with our air system that another company wasn’t able to do. He was very professional and communicated in a way that made sense. I would highly recommend BNC Air!!!

Very Professional and thorough. We had them install a new complete system in our house. Very happy with the finished product, and the installation process. They did exactly what they said they would do, kept us informed during the process, they laid down floor protection through the house, and cleaned up when they were finished! The owner, Tyler, was so fast to respond to us when our office Heating/AC unit went out on a very cold day. He gave a quote with photos showing us the damage and repairs that we needed. He also reported to us some issues that occurred with previous repairs (not completed by their company) for us to be on the look out in the future if something arises. He was VERY professional and efficient. We felt he was also fair priced and did a great job getting us up and running on such short notice. Tyler, we appreciate your hard work and honesty!

Great experience. Spencer was very friendly and knowledgable and helped to educate me through the entire process. He made recommendations around repairs but it never felt like I was being pressured to replace things or buy product. Tyler, our tech was super knowledgeable and professional. I had other companies come out and do maintenance on my unit at my previous location and none of them were as thorough as Tyler. So I decided to sign up for their maintenance club after my interaction with Tyler.

We hired their services based on the online reviews and I kid you not, we have no regrets. They are great! Tyler the technician is very knowledgeable, will answer any questions you have to the T and will also keep you on the loop of what’s going on by showing you were the problem is and what the process will be like to fix it. Prices are fair and quality is excellent. Will work with them again!
