Guy named Mike is extremely unprefossionla, horrible job, showed up smelling like alcohol and called some girl dumb and slow.

So this morning, my doorbell rang... I went to see who it was.. it was REEDS..... an employee by the name of JIM had come to replace our dishwasher..and let me say.... SERVICE WAS 10/10. He was very professional and went out of his way to make sure everything came out properly.. the wood area where the dishwasher had expanded, he was trying to sand down the piece of wood so the dishwasher door wouldn't hit it everytime I open it... he even went as far as to fix a small leak in our sink while hooking up the dishwasher. thank you for going above and beyond with your services!

Whoever drives your company truck in west ft worth likes to play chicken in residential neighborhood and be confrontational about it rolling down windows and yelling instead of being polite

Manny (the owner) did an awesome job fixing our downstairs A/C unit. He was upfront with pricing which is very reasonable. If he needed to do anything extra, he gave the pricing and asked permission before doing so. Manny is a friendly, down to earth person. Manny and Son will be our go to HVAC company from now on.

Our AC wasn't working and they were able to get a technician the same day. The company does courtesy calls when to expect your technician. Jeff was very professional and explained the problem to me. We have used MES in the past and I've been happy with them.

David Rafael is very respectable. In and out and was very pleased at the job that was done. He got me back and cooling and still came even though he was 2 hours away. Please give him a raise!!

Great experience!! Great response time. Our technician Louie was very analytical during his evaluation. He performed a complete evaluation of our system and identified our primary problem. In addition, he installed some additional components to increase our systems performance including a new Honeywell thermostat. Louie was determined to get our system running for us which I highly respected. We have changed companies for our HVAC needs all due to Louie. A+++++

Waymon Joyner was my technician. When my AC unit was not working, he checked out my unit thoroughly and kept me informed of each issue that was found. Very professional and although a bad outcome - coil had to be replaced due to a leak - he made sure all was taken care of and assured me that the unit would be repaired timely.

We had some unusual circumstances with the install and some pre-existing conditions in our house that made things difficult. The owner of the company followed up and made sure everything was taken care of correctly and that it was fixed as it needed to be. He recommended a great electrician who was able to squeeze us in quickly. The office staff was responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr Eric Emory was the tech that came out to the house. He was very friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
