My AC unit stopped working sometime early last week so I called MES AC Ltd since it was installed by them. David was sent and he came in last Thursday and did a diagnosis which showed the defect. He confirmed it still had a TRANE manufacturers warranty coverage and he placed an order for the part. Today, David and Adrian came and installed the new part and got my unit back to work. They patiently answered any questions I had and were very knowledgeable and professional about what they did.. My unit is back on stream and I recommend the company.

Chris came out and arrived early in the appointment window, which was great,, and i couldn't have asked for a more professional and nice guy. I'm in the service industry as well and try to be with my customers the way Chris was with me. He was excellent at explaining everything to me and he worked very fast, very efficient. He is the tech I want to come out whenever I might need something done to my a/c. Very impressed.

Johnny was literally the best representative I’ve had the pleasure to meet. If I could give him 10+ stars I would.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and took the time to explain all aspects.

Ray & Shelby from MES came today to diagnose and fix our AC. Through their miracle work they were able to get it going again, despite quite a bit of damage from mice. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend their services. Thanks, guys!

wow this company is amazing I am so satisfied with their services my unit got installed summer of last year only took three days they were professional quick and very very tedious on everything I had a power outage and called MES for emergency Service after hours Louis Service technician came out and fixed the issue at 9 PM at night and return next day to make minor repairs as well I was so overwhelmed on how he was very professional and explained the issue. if you’re looking for a good unit and a company that stands behind the work this is the go to place…. Unbelievable

I have used MES for several years to service my HVAC system. The staff and have always been very helpful in going over the system/price options and in helping select the best system for me, my budget, and my home. David Rafael was my service tech today and he took the time to go over the repairs I needed to make. I completely trust (MES). They are very professional and care about making me happy and comfortable in my home.

We had another pluming issue at our church. Johnny Sharp was sent out to service us. His professionalism and knowledge about what we needed for the repair gave me peace of mind. Casey Wilson conducted the most thorough maintenance inspection to-date. He provided options (I love options) that correlated with maintenance needs as well as my purse strings. Since my home is 99 years old, it can be obvious sometimes as to what needs repairs. Sometimes it's hidden! Thanks to Casey being incredibly thorough we were able to come to logical decisions for my home. Great service!

Waymon was really great! He was nice and timely and realized that my unit was dirty. He was able to spray it clean and now the system is working efficiently. I appreciate his willingness to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I will definitely request him next time.

James Allen serviced us today. We had a water heater break down at our business so it was of upmost urgency. James came and was extremely thorough and helped replace it right away so we wouldn't have business interruptions. Thanks for the great service.

Aaron arrived on time. Very courteous.Explained everything and had me go along so I could see the work.
He explained the problems and found out what was making the AC run warm. A branch was stuck in the fan outside. He is friendly, knowledgeable, works fast, and invites questions. He was also kind to my cats. He is great. Thanks, Aaron.

James Allen was prompt, and pleasant. He got right to work, diagnosing our plumbing problem then making the short term repairs needed. He then presented options for permanent repair of our slab leak with approximate prices. James really knows his business! I fully and wholeheartedly recommend him.

David Rafael was very thorough explaining the details after troubleshooting our AC unit. He was very courteous and kind and he also wore shoe covers… As a nurse I was very impressed!!! He also worked with the TRANE AC SYSTEM Customer service which saved us several thousands! We are truly thankful to David and his service company (MES) for taking care of our needs! We are also grateful to our Lord for overseeing our needs ahead of everybody else!!! 🙏❤️

Ray was outstanding in explaining everything that was needed helping me to decide to replace my old Trane with a new one! He was the best I have ever had in explanations of why it was needed.

Waymon was my service tech lets get that out first! but lets start from the beginning I called early Saturday morning when I realized my AC was out. Tracy answered and informed me that their tech was not in my area at the moment but he could be over with the hour. (45 min later) Tracy calls me back to inform the tech is just leaving Dallas and will be over in 45 minutes. ON THE DOT 45 minutes later My man Waymon comes knocking! I WILL VOUCH FOR THIS GUY! Showed me the whole diagnoses which was unrepairable and the whole unit had to be replaced. its Saturday remember, Waymon sat in his truck and made calls for at least 45 to an hour trying to get my unit replaced. Waymon informed me that the fasted they could get me in was Tuesday. Which is literally 3 days away! Waymon left and Tuesday morning sun came and so did the Waylon's install team. They did a clean install and showed me how the thermostat works and picked up the whole area which took them about a half day if not more. I have a one year service agreement but they have a life long customer for as long as I live in DFW area. My house has never felt this good. I have lived here for 5 years now and this AC system is hands down the best thing ever. Thank you Waymon! Thank you Tracy and the other girl that answered the after hours line and the installers. Thank you MES for taking care of my family.

I don’t really like doing bad reviews but this new company [ Williards ] is a big scam and people need to know their tactics . MES was great but since these guys have taken over , they have messed up brand new TRANE units . I’ve given them multiple chances to fix it but everytime it’s a different tech and most of them don’t know what to do.
After their last visit , they quoted almost $10k to replace stuff which was working great as per another service guy who performed yearly Maintainence .
So I called TRANE and we had someone come and check it out. They told me someone was messing with the system . They left the end caps very loose and unit was loosing Freon causing the unit to act up . They refilled it and closed the caps and unit is back to normal . Cost me less than $300
