Everyone at this company is awesome! Our AC went out, no one else could touch us for another week or so. They came out same day to evaluate and give us options and an estimate. They installed my new system 2 days later. They have my business for life!

Jonathan G showed up at 10:30 and worked like a NASCAR pit crew on my condenser. He quickly diagnosed the issue...my motor seized up...had a replacement on the truck, and installed it in minutes! He double checked every part of my outside and inside units and even took a few minutes to tell me about the age of my equipment and in what condition it was in.

He explained the service agreement and even told me about rebates available when/if we replace the system in the future. Great job.

All that work done in less than one hour!

JR was very courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was with my AC and explained everything to me in detail. He had my cool air up and running in no time. I am very pleased with the services he provided and would highly recommend him.

I have used Metro Express Service because of Robert he is a very good technician. I request him every time I need my unit serviced. I also used MES when I replaced my unit in 2014 they had an excellent team of workers. I have been very pleased with my services. I hope my technician Robert does not retire any time soon. He is excellent. I also referred my best friend n she used them for their new unit in 2015 r 2016. She n her husband were pleased too.

Our Technician Waymon arrived in time on a hot day, was thorough and worked quickly to repair our outdoor unit and also checked out the entire system to ensure it was ready for the summer. He did well to explain the repairs to us and advised us on steps we can take to save money on utilities. Cost was reasonable.

I chose MES because it is this company that installed my system 5 years ago. The technicians and service people are friendly & very competent. Today's service call uncovered a minor problem that was repaired promptly with very little inconvenience for me. My service technician, Jeffrey was great. I recommend MES for anyone needing air conditioning services.

Johnny was very professional on my service call today. He gave me several options before starting the job. He fixed my plumbing issue and also shared some good advice if the issue returns in the future.

Casey Wilson was here for AC maintenance, and he did a very thorough maintenance on our 7 year old Trane system. He was good at educating on filter change and general all around care that we can do to maintain it. We will ask for him in the future.

I just had a wonderful experience with Mo our service tech. From the time I notified the dispatcher of the problem to the time MO arrived and fixed the issue maybe 30 minutes had passed. I have never had this level of service from any repair person in my life. Would recommend this company to anyone needing quality service.

Used MES again 7/6/22 my tech was Chris he was AWESOME. Doing an estate sale on a house under contract to close 7/15. Old unit outside unit gone caput. He got a new unit install scheduled the next day!!! Fair pricing,even set up a window unit for me.

Adrian Lerma was the gentleman who came out to my mom's home and repaired the air conditioning. He is a very kind man. Completed the repairs quickly and got the house cooling again! Helped work out the payment situation, sorry again you were caught in the middle of that.

This was the best service from when I called Melody with customer service at 4:30 to when we got same day service from Waymon at 5:40. The technician, Waymon, was great to work with and communicated any issues to my father professionally. Great responsive time. I appreciate everything M.E.S did for my parents in getting their A/C running.

David Rafael David MES technician did a very thorough job of inspecting and maintaining furnace. Spent more time than most reps great pictures and full explanation of what was done. Highly recommend him.

Back again to leave another review! MES came out to install our brand new AC unit with heat pump today. These guys were great! Super professional and very kind. Got everything installed quickly, made sure everything was working great, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. Highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC service or install. We won't be using anyone else!

Tim was professional and went above and beyond as he gave us great advice and made sure our a/c was working well. He was able to fix our UV light, recommend a new filter, and clean out our outdoor coil on our unit as part of our maintenance plan.
