I have used this company before with satisfaction but I recently booked them several weeks in advance to do interior and exterior window cleaning. They didn't show up for the appointment. We called. They promised to be there a few hours later. We waited and waited. No show again. A promise for late that afternoon again resulted in a no show. Phone calls were not returned. We showed up to meet this vendor 3 times in one day and no one from A & D called us to say they were not coming. They are permanently off my list. Unfortunately, we had to scurry to get the job done within our timeline.

A & D did a great job for us in replacing a broken insulated glass unit. They were prompt and reasonable.

The first unit that they installed had the wrong spacer color. They replaced it with the correct style quickly and with no urging. Good company!

A&D was quick to answer our call after the recent hail storm punched a hole in a double pane bedroom window. They're professional, kind, and fairly priced the work. They were able to get us sorted in a week, which is a good timeline considering the storm affected so many around us.

We had A & D fix 7 fogged windows in our home, they were always on time and professional. Mario and Jessie did the work quickly and always wore their masks appropriately! The repair came with a 10 year warranty and we are 3 years into the first repair and they look as good they did the day they were installed.

Had a great experience with Mike and his team for window repairs/replacement and some interior cleaning. Both the replacement and existing/cleaned windows look terrific throughout the whole house. Very professional, prompt and scheduling was easy (without weeks of waiting)...we definitely recommend A&D.

Today, was the second time I’ve used A&D. We called them about three years ago to replace an odd shaped broken window. The job was perfect so I called them again for window washing on our two story house. The service was efficient courteous, and on time, with very affordable rates. I would use them again!

Brian and his team were pleasant, professional and easy to work with. They provided a fair quote, showed up on time for all appointments and kept the house clean. I will definitely work with them again and highly recommend them.

A&D cleaned all of our windows inside and out, and during a very hot week! They had to re-schedule at the last minute, due to an employee calling in, which wasn't great, but they worked to find someone to do the job. Jason did a fantastic job, working alone for 2 days. I believe this is a good company, they are just short on staff.

Horrible experience! I would avoid this company. They ruined our picture window and have offered no resolution. They are essentially blowing us off, hoping we will quit asking for them to fix the mess they left us with. All we needed was a corner window sealed, and A and D did damage to the window and ruined the window film. I've been asking for them to fix it for months with no attempt by them to rectify their poor work. They have scheduled to fix the repair and never show up and never contact us to cancel. Pathetic business standards. Terrible company to hire.

Great reliable service! We are a vacation rental based in Dripping Springs and trust Oasis Pool to keep our pool clean and clear for our guests.

Absolutely fantastic with this pool service! The best pool cleaner in Lakeway by far! I'd highly recommend their weekly maintenance plan for anyone who has a pool and is as bad at cleaning their pool as I am. They take care of it all and do a fantastic job!

Terrible knowledge and overall expensive.

Customer for 1 month and already don't like the service.
Limited knowledge and too pricy. They have been using cal-hypo on my salt water pool which is a big No No and this is after explicitly asking if they have salt water expertise and they said of course. On top of that the price of material, which is extra, is super expensive.
Charged $150 for initial inspection and all they came up with was that the skimmers was full. I was dumbfounded, that's the extent of their inspection.
Had a leak and 2 weeks in still waiting for someone to show up.
Canceling them this week..

Used the company to swap out a bad pump motor with a new one. First appointment, they didn't show up and didn't reach out to let me know that the tech couldn't make it. Eventually, the motor was swapped and has been working. HOWEVER, the tech turned off mutliple breakers on the circuit board. Some that were turned off weren't related to the pumps, which meant that I had to figure it out which breakers to turn back on (they didn't label the relevant breakers or explain what to avoid doing).

Second, they didn't explain anything. Third, I've emailed multiple times and called multiple times. They won't respond. Fourth, my pool is dirty with grit at the bottom within an hour or two after a cleaning service. Fifth, the new motor is leaking already and nobody is from the office is responding!!!!

We used this company for a month for pool maintenance and during that time they caused a terrible case of yellow algae that nearly damaged our pool permanently. They did not inform us on the problem and just continued to dump chemicals in the pool each week while the water wasn't circulating. They also turned off our drip system instead of our hose, which caused over $1000 worth of plants plants to die. The last straw was when they left the hose in the pool which created a siphon and caused us to lose thousands of gallons of water. We are on rainwater so this was a huge loss and extremely upsetting. We had to spend over $6000 to remove the algae, refill the pool, and replace the plants they killed. I would not trust this company with your pool. They have caused us a lot of problems and have not paid for any of the damages they caused.

Overpriced in general, but I’ve been waiting for someone to fix the leak in my system for three weeks. I’ve called and left four messages, text them four times, and emailed twice. I was charged for the service fee to assess what needed to happen, but now nobody will respond to fix it. I am cancelling my service. I’m assuming it’ll take me calling my bank and removing my card because they won’t even respond to my request to cancel. I’ll find someone else who appreciates taking my money more than them.

Super disappointed in how this company has started delivering their service… I have been a customer for years!!! dumped 8 pounds of shock in my pool took the baskets out of both our skimmer and the pool has been milk for days….Obviously they don’t know what they’re doing! After having someone else evaluate their work I would never hire them again hopefully they can get their service side figured out before they go out of business or ruin someone else’s pool.
