Mark was friendly and professional. Great communication from scheduling to completion of service. He arrived on time and was done in less than an hour. He worked on some problem areas in our two carpeted rooms. They look great. Would recommend.

Mark scheduled our cleaning very quickly and did a great job with our rug, couch and swivel chairs.

We have 2 dogs and with one being a puppy, he had done some decent damage to each piece but Mark was able to remove many of the stains and make each piece look significantly closer to new.

Simply Clean did a phenomenal job cleaning a Karastan area rug and our sectional couch. I thought our 2 fur babies ruined them for good, but Mark tested the carpet/ fabric and then treated each so well, the 2 pieces were revived, look great and don’t smell! The only downside is our pups sulking from being banned from the couch.

Mark completed two important jobs for us (area rugs and 5 carpeted rooms). He was great communicating promptly with us, flexible with our schedule (he let himself in at both locations), provided good quality work/service in a timely manner - all for a great price. Mark did a fantastic job coming last minute right before Thanksgiving to clean my massive sectional. He gave me a fair price and literally made it like new. Awesome customer service! Mark is very knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to answer all your questions. He is always on time for appointments, and he was able to remove a tough red stain that others couldn't.

I cancelled my Stanley Steamer membership and will only be going to Mark / Simply Clean from now on. He was able to treat and remove stains others have failed to do - many times over - and saved me from ripping out carpet and replacing it. Always on time, fair pricing, but it's the superior quality and Mark's deep knowledge of how to properly do the work.
