GREAT SERVICE! Mark was even able to remove blue hair dye (nearly completely) from our carpet. With animals and kids, getting your carpets cleaned every now and then is a must. Simply Clean does quality work and quick!

Highly recommend this local Lakeway treasure for carpet, cushion, tile and grout cleaning. Mark is the owner and is extremely professional and personable. We had showers and bathroom floors cleaned as well as all wall to wall carpet. The bathroom grout was also sealed for easier cleaning. Our patio cushions have new life breathed into them. The carpet had old stains here and there when we moved in and Mark was able to get rid of those without even knowing what they were from. The whole house feels like it had a deep clean.

Our apartment complex forces us to use this company for trash valet. They never bother to pick up bags and tell the leasing office to issue fines over it. I’d rather carry my trash to the dumpster myself than pay these guys to do nothing.

Mark was very responsive in coming out and assessing our needs for cleaning two different types of natural stone and two rooms of carpet. He explained everything he would be doing and answered all our questions.He gave us a very fair quote for the work. He returned at the agreed upon time and did a great job on our floors. There were no surprises. Would highly recommend!

Mark did an amazing job cleaning my pottery barn nursery chair! It was a white linen chair that was showing a lot of wear and tear. He was able to get all the dirt stains off of it. He also cleaned my couch cushions and did a great job. The couch now looks brand new! I would highly recommend his services.

Mark was awesome beginning with the first time we spoke on the phone. We had an appointment but he called to say he was ahead of schedule which was perfect. My husband and I are quite particular with health and sanitation levels in our home and Mark (the owner) went over and above the usual vendor standards with not only listening well to our requirements and meeting our particular medical needs but overall, exceeding our expectations.

Mark’s work ethics are commendable: he confirmed our appointment the day before, communicated his ETA and arrived on time, explained the work procedure before he started, laid out new carpeting under very clean hoses running from his truck through the front door and was thoughtful and respectful of our Master bedroom, our bathroom and our home.
He also followed through with Service promises he made during his first visit for free estimations, and overall, his work was clean, thoughtful, detailed and thorough.

Not only did Mark clean our master shower tiles excellently but he also color-sealed the grout so professionally that our master shower looks brand new! My husband was so pleased with the quality of his work.

Mark is great! He is responsive and takes the time to explain the services needed. Did a wonderful job cleaning our drapes and outdoor furniture cushions. We will be calling him back in the spring to clean all of our tile in the bathroom. Mark is professional and his prices are very good. Highly recommend!

Mark did an amazing job! He showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do in each room. The carpets look brand new, and spotless! Definitely plan on using him again to clean our area rugs too!

I’m so glad that I called Mark at Simply Clean. It was easy to schedule an appointment with him, he arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule but the best part is that he made my carpets look brand new again. My dog has been relieving himself on my carpet recently and all of the store bought carpet solutions didn’t work to remove it. Thankfully Mark was able to remove the stains from dog urine. Was able to clean additional items & all was completed thoroughly and professionally. Mark was also up front about how clean he could get certain fabrics/stains. We had an 18 year year-old springer spaniel who couldn’t always make it outside and really did some damage to our carpet and after she passed, I contacted Mark with Simply Clean.
