A and D replace several glass at my home. Mario and his co-worker were great. No problems.

A & D Window Cleaning & Repair did everything I asked for. I have 2 sons that play baseball and they broke one of our windows with a baseball. I called these guys and they were out that same day to fix it. Also, they cleaned my windows while they were out here. Bar none one of the best companies out there. We will be using them again for other needs. Thank you guys so much

The price was the lowest we got of 3 bids. He called and let us know exactly when he was coming for the job. Very satisfied with the job A&D did, replacing the double-paned glass in 17 fogged windows.

I want to give a 5 star review for their customer service. I called this morning, spoke with someone right away, and they were able to send someone out to give us an estimate the same day. I appreciate their promptness. Not only that, they emailed me the estimate by the afternoon. So, what I'm saying is that this company is super responsive and prompt!!

Mario did a great job repairing all the windows that needed. He was even able to fix one that we thought we may have to replace. He is very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Tried twice to have someone come take a look at our windows for an estimate. Initially quick to respond and set up appointment. First appointment never showed, and after calling to check they were not going to make it until almost 3 hours after the appointment time. After rescheduling for another day, they never showed, and this time after both voicemail and text message they never called back to reschedule. We will be trying another company.

A&D was really responsive. They showed up right on schedule and did a great job cleaning stone walls and washing a lot of windows in our home and casita. Kaleb was our lead technician and was really great.

A&D was hired to replace all of the windows on our building. After weeks of false promises and failed communications, they did a horrible job. They cut any corner they could. They did not seal the windows properly and just use caulk where ever they could and didn't even install that right. They didn't measure correctly and ordered incorrectly sized windows and then cut corners to make the windows they ordered fit. They claimed that the infrasturer (frames, etc) were not made any longer and he had to improvise. Now a year later the caulk & seals are failing and we have compromised and leaking window which has led to damage sheet rock around window ledges, the mold inspection is next. And it's "not their problem". That falls under labor and is not included in the warranty. And other contractors are able to find the frames, etc that A&D claimed weren't manufactured any longer.
I would not rehire.

Clifford and Geneva were willing to arrive after hours to provide an estimate for repairing two windows that were damaged in a recent hail storm. Both were professional and took time to explain the process of the repairing the glass. Another company I called was 3 weeks out for appointments and a 2 week lead time for replacement, whereas, A&D along with Clifford and Geneva provided a same-day free estimate and cut/repaired the glass onsite within hours of calling the office to inquire about an estimate.

We are Highly satisfied with the personable and friendly approach of the team that efficiently worked on my window repairs. Thank you for fitting us in during your busy schedule. We are truly thankful. I will definately recommend A&D to any one needing services done in such a fast and effective way.

Eric cleaned my windows and tracks today and a neighbor came over to ask if we had installed all new windows. My windows looked that good. Eric was a delight, professional, hard working, and he did a fabulous job! I want Eric to clean my windows every time.

We have used A & D Windows for over 20 years. Service, including Michele on the phone, have always been professional and timely. The quality of work has been outstanding, both inside the home and outside. This is our second home in Austin area and we would recommend A & D to all of our friends and neighbors.
