Mark is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, efficient, and does what he says he's going to do. He cleaned and sealed our marble, cleaned upholstered chairs, and 3 area rugs. Highly recommend!

Mark did an amazing job cleaning my three carpeted bedrooms! His professional, kind and informative. I also found out he does furniture and mattress cleaning. I will definitely be using simply clean for all my furniture and carpet refresh from from here on out!

We had a great experience with Mark from Simply Clean! He did an amazing job cleaning our couch. We really invested in this couch and plan to keep it for years, but our dogs didn’t potty train very well and left some tough smells behind. Mark was professional, thorough, and managed to get the odor out completely. Our couch looks and smells fresh again, highly recommend Simply Clean!

The employees were rude and unprofessional. When I attempted to speak with one of them, I was spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful manner. I also tried to address the situation with another employee, but was met with inappropriate comments and behavior that felt hostile rather than helpful.

Overall, the interaction did not reflect a professional work environment or good customer service. I would recommend considering other options if you’re looking for a company with a more respectful and customer-focused staff.
