I have used AT mechanical a few times over the span of 18 yrs . When I bought my first home in 2002 they came and put a new out side unit . About two years later they came and put a coil in the attic . So for 16 yrs I needed no work done to my A/C . I think that is Great for me . Not so much for AT Mechanical. But I was told then that i probably wouldn’t need anything else for a number of years. Well with that being said I didn’t need any work done to my a/c . But in 2018 I remodeled my home . And call The Owner of AT Mechanical and set up a meeting at my home with Mr Thomas personally told him I was thinking of putting in a complete new unit . Now I’m talking everything including duct and boxes & grills you know the whole nine yards
He offered few different packages. And of corse I wanted the best , you know the biggest and the baddest , but as he explained the biggest wasn’t right for my square footage and it was too much A/c for my house . In the end . We came up with a system that best suited my home . In Just a little over a day from start to finish in the middle of the summer They were done , they did the tear out and installation in just over a day . And we have been very satisfied every sense. So after 18 yrs and no down time, With AT Mechanical are top shelf in my opinion. And using American Standard products , they are the best,

called to have airconditioning serviced, told that someone would be out in 3-4 hours. got called back 2 hours later and told they wouldnt be coming out, at all. No offer to reschedule, no reasons given, no future availability...just they wouldnt be coming out. Easy way to lose business

If you want to get things done right, you have to call the expert. No half-way/half-measure solutions that might or might not work, professional excellence coupled with years of experience and great work ethic. So do the right thing if you have AC/heating issues and call Martin. You will not regret it!

James called as he was on his way and arrived on time.He was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me everything he was doing and answered all of my questions.He did an excellent job repairing my unit and cleaned up after himself.I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.

Bob and his colleague did a brilliant job with the installation of AC unit. They recommended product that met my needs. They were very neat, clean and tidy. They were so friendly and took some time to explain how to use and how maintain the unit.

Astro Heating And Air Conditioning did an excellent job in the maintenance and explaining the various options. I signed up for the annual maintenance and am thinking about the scrubber but cannot afford it at this time. I would like for Astro Heating And Air Conditioning to do the summer maintenance visit if possible.

Everything about this team was great from scheduling to completion. James and Bob were extremely informative and competent and I appreciated how they explained details to me both before and after. Astro Heating And Air Conditioning will be my go to for any HVAC issues.

This is not an actual company with a store at this location. They contract out all of their work to individual HVAC techs. They try to sell you on a annual service contract but it's a scam. Don't waste your money with this place. I had the premium annual contract and my AC broke on 8/26. I immediately requested service through their app. The have yet to contact me or get anyone to my house and it is now 8/31.

I noticed a problem with my furnace and upon keen look I discovered a leakage from the exhaust vent and immediately I called Astro Heating And Air Conditioning and they sent out Martin who came to take a look and gave me an instant quote and went ahead to fix it. Quick work completely resolved the problem, and the technician even advised me on items to watch for the future. I'd definitely recommend them!

Martin was great. He was quick and knowledgeable, and very personable. He gave me all our options with the expected ramifications, allowing us to choose what was best for our situation. This is the third time going with Astro Heating And Air Conditioning and they have always been great in their service delivery.
